The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My prior hvac company installed the duct insulation incorrectly and only provided a 1-yr warranty. Ryan Inc. provides a 5-yr warranty and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am now having them inspect why there is water underneath my furnace. I would highly recommend Ryan Inc.

Pat Ryan took his time to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process, including the initial visit, email and phone calls during the contract proposals, and at the contract signing. I did not feel rushed or pressured, and I appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain the options and the process, including sending spec sheets. The price Ryan offered was very competitive, but it was this extra attention that made me feel comfortable to sign a contract for sch a large job. Also, I was not "nickle and dimed" during the process. Pat suggested a deduction when one option I chose was not required (balancing radiators). He also helped with rebates offered by the utilities, and I appreciated any savings available.

Ryan was also extremely efficient in that they sent a large team of workers to quickly dismantle a huge furnace and install the new, now separate water heating system and boiler system. Ryan was also quick to respond when I had an issue after installation and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. The workers were professional, tidy and courteous, and this includes the back office workers.

I was amazed at the skill and delicacy during the final process of the conversion - the removal of a 1000 gallon oil storage tank from the front lawn. The tank was huge in relation to the front lawn, but the excavator was able to keep all of the dirt of on the property, avoid the tree, and carefully remove the old tank. I am extremely happy with this part of the job, really outstanding!!

Ryan quickly obtained the required permits to begin the work and they coordinated with me to set up the inspection dates (plumbing, electric, fire and tank removal inspector). Town inspectors complemented the quality of the job and materials used, which made me feel confident.

I recommend Ryan. I felt respected as a woman entering into a contract in an area that I was not knowledgeable about and they did a great job!

We have had a yearly contract with Ryan Inc for maintenance of our heating system since moving into our house 5 years ago. The service has been outstanding, the technicians have always been courteous and on time, and have helped us resolve any small issues that come up with the old boiler/pipes. Wesley, who usually comes to do the annual service of the boiler, has been great about explaining if anything needs to be done and getting the job done quickly, and the communication with the company has always been straight forward.

Ryan is a great company to deal with - they handle the service on my tankless hot water heater and are always able to troubleshoot or fix any problems in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. I like that they provide written summaries for all service calls spelling out what was done and plan on continuing to use them for the foreseeable future.

Dishonest and out to take advantage. I had a leaky water heater which they didn't know how to fix and claimed I needed an entire new system and gas line. Another plumber was able to fix the leak in an 1 hour and has been running fine since.

I was impressed with this company from the start. After the free consultation was completed, they were quick to reply to all my questions in email and by phone. This was a one of a kind project, and they even suggested another alternative, which I liked better than my original plan. On the day of construction, they arrived promptly on time. It was a solid team of individuals with experience with older buildings and dealing with unexpected difficulties; and all very helpful. They covered all areas near construction with plastic, so my place stayed clean. In fact it was cleaner when they left because the sticky plastic removed pet hair too. They finished according to the proposed timeline. I appreciated that they provided a personal demonstration of the new equipment and walked me through the basics. Plus the mounted the paper manuals conveniently by the unit. I'm also impressed with the office staff. They have been so professional and helpful with handling permit applications, insurance certificates, and coordinating inspections. I've already recommended this company to a number of my friends if they need HVAC work.

I've used Ryan's services for many years for my heating system and recently had a new Hi Efficiency Carrier HVAC system installed. Patrick Ryan was very thorough in explaining the equipment options and benefits of the system he recommended. The quoted prices were also competitive. Their installation team did an excellent job, completing the install in one day and were very professional and courteous throughout the process. After the installation their engineer, Adam, also came back to evaluate an issue with excess condensation on the main ducts in the basement due to humidity levels when the AC was running as well as air flow to the second floor. He made some adjustments on the system to ensure there was adequate air pressure. Overall I was very satisfied and the system has operated just fine.

Ryan recently installed our new furnace and air-conditioning unit, as well as a tankless water heater. The installation process was very smooth and professional and we are very happy with the new system. They have also been extremely responsive with follow up visits to "tune" our system, to make sure we have maximum comfort

We recently had a generator installed by Ryan. They were very professional! They were on time for appointments, workers were courteous and they completed the work as promised. I was especially appreciative of the time they spent to explain the process to me, both what was involved in installation and what my maintenance responsibilities are. They even called after the job was completed to remind me to have a final inspection done. I would recommend Ryan to neighbors and friends!
