The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial evaluation to the day on installation. We replaced our 27 year old furnace and also had central air installed. Compared to the another large carrier distributor/installer, Ryan Inc was more informative without pressure to sign up. They gave me the options to choose and emailed three proposals the following day. Great service and very professional.

I have been using them for maintenance on my furnace for years and have been happy with service. Upon completion of my last annual furnace check up I had a problem with my pull down attic stairs not opening and closing properly . I made 1 phone call they came out, they assessed the problem and said if I got the parts they would send someone out to fix them.Fair enough, a week later they were there on time , took care of the problem in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Very professional , happy to recommend them.

I have been a customer of Ryan Inc. Since 2014. I had been researching geothermal systems for heating and cooling and wanted to replace my existing hot air system. After meeting with several companies, I met Patrick Ryan and instantly knew I had found the company I wanted to work with. Patrick was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the aspects of installing and using a geothermal system. Throughout all phases of the project, including the complete removal of the old furnace and ductwork, to the drilling of the wells and installation of new ductwork and new water furnace and water heater, Patrick was always either on site or just a phone call away for consultation. His crew members were all very professional and hardworking and took pride in all aspects of their work. Still today, I keep my service contract with Ryan and occasionally speak with Patrick and consider him a friend. I highly recommend Ryan Inc. For any HVAC needs you have.

I had a pipe burst last week, Ryan Inc. responded very quickly and the repair happened and it was great. After the repair another pipe in a seperate part of my basement started to leak, and the work crew said they would be coming to fix it tomorrow free of charge. Will up date tomorrow, but they did such an amazing job today. :)

We used Ryan to install both geothermal heating/cooling and a standalone generator. From the very start, the entire Ryan team was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The one thing that stands out the most about Ryan is their integrity. They go to great lengths to ensure that everything is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. We have a Geothermal system and a tankless water heater installed by Ryan and we couldn't be more pleased. Patrick Ryan is so patient and knowledgeable. I have asked him so many questions about the systems and he always takes the time to answer them. During our home remodel our old A/C unit broke down in the middle of a heatwave and when Mr. Ryan found out about it, he sent someone over to fix it right away even though his team had not started work at our home. That says a lot about a person...he understands that although he runs a business, the human factor is just as important if not more important. From the very beginning the employees have provided excellent customer service. They absolutely stand behind their work which is exceptional. Mr. Ryan and his entire staff have been a joy to work with. They are incredibly professional and wonderfully caring. I highly recommend them.

I had a geothermal system installed by Ryan Inc. company last June and this is my first winter with the geothermal heat. I have to say it works pretty well. It may not get to a 100% on super cold days but by no means you will be cold. As far as the company they really work with you on any and all issues that may come up. Whether it’s financing, permits or construction they are right on it. All of the workers are extremely polite, punctual and precise. At the end of every day Ryan's team made sure to leave my house clean and livable again. The project was done timely and right. This is why I am now considering installing solar system through them as well.

I recently installed a new central AC and heating system with Ryan. Without exception, it has been a pleasure to work with Pat and his team. Their pricing was competitive, they came when promised, and they completed the entire job in one day. They laid plastic down on the carpet and wore plastic coverings on their shoes whenever possible so as not to dirty our home. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone considering installation of an AC/heating system.

I researched a lot of companies to install multizone ductless ac/heater units throughout our house.
Ryan's price was competitive, but the reason I went with them was becasue they cared about us as homeowners and worked hard to come up with a plan that would look good inside and out. I was more than pleased. Everyone I have met at Ryan is knowledgeable and friendly. They come when they say they will and will call you back if you leave a message.

The year after our unit was installed we had problems and Ryan was out very quickly to fix, under warranty.

This year again (the third year and of course the warrantly is over) our unit was leaking and they were at our house the next day.

Ryan is a good company, they care about their work and take us, small residential customers, seriously. Highly recommended.
