The A/C blower motor broke. On the hottest days in July, we waited 14 days for the part. It wasn't until I told them my sister is diabetic and we both have high blood pressure that immediately the next day the motor was installed for a WHOPPING, unconscionable amount of $1,370.13, that I can get on Amazon for $289.98 w/shipping and a 2 yr. guarantee with 2 day shipping!!!!! Soulless crooks. I intend to make a lot of noise with State agencies.

Hot water system was not working. They charge extra to come out after regular hours. Thats okay. They replaced a Honeywell Zone Valve x8043e1012 and charged $485 plus labor. The total invoice came to $688.
The next day I checked it out and found I could purchase the part from $62.95 to $69.90. I believe everybody has a right to mark up a product but I feel this is excessive even if it is 9:30 in the evening and your heat is is not working.
I have no complaints with the fellow who actually did the job. When I asked why this part is so expensive he said his boss sets the prices.
I have called several times to talk with Fred and he has never returned any of my calls.

These guys are amazing. Our air went out in our shore house and we were miserable. They came and fixed our problem very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. They were very professional, as well as courteous! I would highly recommend them.

They opened the King valve - let all of my Freon out - so that my A/C was not working - and then told me I needed a new system. I called-in a different A/C Tech who looked at my system confirmed the loose valve, filled up my System with Freon - gave me a bill for $200 - and now my A/C works fine, AGAIN - the way it was BEFORE CARE TEMP TOUCHED IT - STAY AWAY from CARE TEMP.

I called Care Temp because my boiler was giving me problems. The prompt response and professionalism of the techs got me back up and running. They were able to get everything up and running in a timely manner, and I’ll be sure to recommend them to anyone in the future! Thank you so much for fixing my issue.

Had Care Temp at my house on 3/10/17 for no heat. Igniter and ignition control board bad. I researched the parts cost on several manufacturers including Nordyne and Honeywell. Give or take parts were $130.00 total. My bill? $1,617.37. Total ripoff. Subsequently, we have spoken to several people in the area with similar experiences. BEWARE!
