Terrible follow up after building the HVAC service in a new house. And after less then three years they have to many new clients to service our house. Always was difficult to get a appointment. I wish I never used them .

I also found this company to be very knowledgeable. My sister recommended them and I am sure glad she did. They did a fantastic job installing my AC system while still retaining my 28 year old furnace.

When it does come time to replace my furnance, I already know who to call and its not the Ghostbusters. Thank you HCS Inc

One star because zero is not an option. By far the worst company ive done business with. They never follow through with phone calls. Never gave a half hour call as i was told they would because the temperature in the house was unbearable for a normal person, let alone someone 6 months pregnant. Had to be called out twice before they even found a problem . They said it was always like that. and then tried to blame me for not having blinds on the house. The air conditioner worked the last 2 summers so no excuse there. Then we were told they would get back to the office and have someone call with a quote to fix it. 3 weeks later and no call. So i called back and was told they will find out the issue and call me back. No call again. So i called next day and said oh i just got an answer... we cant do the work. When i asked why I was told I dont know thats all the sticky note says. .. very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have been doing business with HCS for years. Trini, the owner, is born and bread in this industry and is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to HVAC. I highly recommend HCS.

After calling the emergency number ,this company had someone at my house within 2 hrs on a Sunday in over 100 degree heat,fixed our air conditioning and gave a great price...if I could give 10 stars I would thanks Triny and your crew
