Reed's Heating and Cooling

A/C stopped working on one of the warmest days of theyear so far. Called Reed's. Within 90 minutes Jason arrived and fixed the problem. Wonderful technician. Polite, informative and professional. Will use them again in the future when needed.

Have been using Reed’s for a couple of years and was reasonably satisfied until just recently when I had an issue with my furnace and Reed’s totally blew me off when I needed help. As it turns out after using another company, I confirmed that Reed’s does not know what they are doing or simply didn’t want to do what was needed to help me with my problem. What they said could not be done was done by another company without issue. Be aware of using Reed’s. At some point you be be disappointed.

Reeds is always a pleasure to deal with. I have used them for the past 5 years and have worked with many techs. Always courteous, honest and will help you avoid higher system repairs in the future.

Fantastic company, I can not recommend this company enough. They are by far the best company I have ever delt with in the 41 years I had been in construction. Their service went above and beyond to help in our situation of a failed furnace from my first contact with them till the final installation. Their service techs were prompt courteous and answered all our questions. If you are in need of HVAC service Reeds is the company to call .

We had the nightmare situation of our heat going off during the night before Christmas with a houseful of Christmas guests. Never thought we would be able to find someone to come to the house. Frank from Reeds called us back within one hour (none of the other "emergency" companies did), and told us Jason would be there within 1.5 hours. Jason was so pleasant and professional. Although he could not fix the problem on the spot (frozen pipe), he was able to leave us with sufficient space heaters to warm the house so that our Christmas plans were able to carry on in relative comfort. We will definitely be calling them going forward for our heating and air conditioning needs.

Damien worked very hard to figure out a very unusual problem with our furnace and finally got it working just ahead of the coldest weekend of the year! Appreciate the personal stake the whole company seemed to have. Definitely recommend!

We had the lead service technician Damian come to our home to conduct an inspection for a C/O for Toms River. He was super respectful of our home and was clearly very knowledgeable and neat. it is also nice to find someone who actually likes what they do for a living. He let me know of things to look out for. I will definitely call for service/repairs if/when that day comes.

I'm very glad I read the reviews about the company that were all positive which lead me to use Reeds. Frank kept in touch with me letting me how the HVAC system was going to installed. Everyone from workers and the ladies answering the phones were very polite, Any questions I had were answered professionally. I would highly recommend Reeds to everyone. Heating technician came over to setup heating for the cold weather he was very professional and explained what was going to happen when the unit was turned on.Reeds is a very good company will be using them in the future and thank you Terry for the great service .

I called for a maintenance/evaluation, and they were here same day before noon. Damian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was courteous, professional, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Reed's Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Reed's replaced my central air system and I am very happy with their work.
The air handler in particular required a lot of work because
of it going into a tight space. They did a great job with it.

Frank was honest and did not try to oversell me on anything.
I would easily use them again for other work.
Everyone was professional and respectful.
Their lead technician Ray is truly a craftsman who takes
pride in his work and will not cut corners.
