Reed's Heating and Cooling

Just had my semi annual visit from Reed’s to change the filter and inspect the a/c and heating systems. Jason, their new service representative is knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant. But then, everyone who works at Reed’s fits that profile! Love these guys! Thank you Frank for providing such a great service!

I couldn't be happier with Reed's Heating and Cooling. I called them for an estimate after my AC started to fail, and Lisa took the time to answer all my questions, even when at first it seemed like I might go with another company due to schedule conflict. She was honest about the wait time considering my location, but after shopping around a bit there was no one else I wanted to use. The guys that came over were courteous and friendly and went out of their way to keep everything clean and secure. I was worried they might have an issue with my dog roaming around, but they not only got along swimmingly, they offered to let him out and look after him while I went to work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10

Fantastic company . One of the best experiences I've had with any company as far as communication, work ethic and competitive pricing. Crew was outstanding, friendly and hard working as well as the owner Frank and Lisa which answered all my questions and concerns. You will be foolish not too make them your first call for your heating and cooling needs.

Our AC broke down on a very hot day. I called and they immediately sent out a repair service man. Jason was incredible. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend using Reeds heating and cooling

Your technician Damian was very professional however..Is it not customary to apply the $140 diagnostic fee to the labor charge? As a service manager in the automotive field we always applied diag fee to the cost of the repair. 195.00 On top of the diag Fee is too much for approximately 1 hour in my home. I Would love to leave 5 star review however I feel like you're double dipping on the labor charge

Reeds was very responsive. Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer. Reeds returned our call promptly and went above and beyond to schedule service. Fixed issue same day to hold us over until part arrived which was very much appreciated. Our technician was professional and communicated issue effectively. Would recommend.

Reeds heating and cooling came out May 25 2022. I was told that it would be a 140.00 dollar service charge. Frank came on Wed and check the ac unit he stated I had a bad capacitor and replaced it. He stated my ac unit needed to be replaced The total for the visit was 218.58. He told me he would send a written proposal to my e-mail I never received one. It is June 13 2022. When I spoke to him on the phone he told me that if he came out on the weekend it would be a 250.00 service charge.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air and the compressor was making a buzzing noise. Damian from Reed's came out and took care of it. He was on-time, showed me that the capacitor went with the old one next to the new one (old one was swelled up and was not registering on his meter). He had the spare part right in his truck and got the system working the same day that he came out to inspect it. Damian also checked the coolant pressure as well which registered normal. Glad it turned out to be a simple part and appreciate the explanation and smooth on-time service. Thank you Damian!
