Shortly after having called the company that I have used for over 5 years to come out for service. I called Caretemp for a second opinion. I'm very glad that I did!! My neighbor strongly recommended them. My company had told me that the unit was unrepairable and needed replacement. About 20 minutes after diagnosis the tech from caretemp said that it was a failed capacitor. The tech Installed it, checked the rest of the system.It is working beautifully! Very happy I called, and so is my wallet. Thanks caretemp.Truly the company that cares.

A friend of mine hired this company to do work. They canceled three times before finally showing up. They left a mess after they were done. Including leaving screws all over the place when 2 young children lived in the home. The work was done wrong so they have to come back to fix it.

My mother has a yearly contract with this company, so she called them when my husband noticed a very slow leak from one of the spigots. She called them to have it replaced. A simple $10 piece. A simple job. Well, they claimed that it needed a $300 dollar valve! When you know what's wrong with it, and ask to do a simple job, and the workers of the company try to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A LITTLE OLD LADY, it's just disgraceful! My mother and my husband tried to call to clarify exactly what needed to be done, but there was no budging. Well, my husband is going to just do it himself after this whole debacle. Beware! Your sweet elderly mom or dad could fall vulnerable to this too!

Care Temp HEATING in Toms River NJ serviced my parents heating system May 1, 2015 and stepped through the ceiling leaving a large hole in the dining room. It took 4 months of calling to get the hole fixed. Each call the person answering the phone was rude and disrespectful claiming it was not their fault and they didn't do it on purpose. They started the repair and then didn't show several times to finish. The repair was unprofessional at best. They are a careless rude arrogant incompetent company that does not understand customer service. They made a mistake that could have been corrected in 2 days and instead dragged their feet claiming it was not a priority. Worst service ever. Adolf Rogulski -- the owner did not have the decency to return my calls even though I left many messages and nobody at the company apologized not once. The person answering the phone is the rudest most disrespectful secretary on the planet. She did not return calls and was testy with every call.
NEVER, EVER, EVER, DO BUSINESS WITH CARE TEMP. The company should be called Does not Care Temp.

Very kind and professional. Answered all my questions about my AC and was very fast to respond to my call. I have 2 kids 3 and 4 years old so it was an emergency when our central Air Conditioning stopped working. I called and from the moment they answered the phone I knew I found the right company.

They were very patient and understanding with me as I explained my situation regarding the heat and my 2 boys. Care Temp wasted no time and had my AC back up and running within a few hours.

I highly recommend them especially in emergency situations like ours.

I am at a loss as to how to rate this company and can't in good conscience even give it one star. Since the hvac system was installed in 2014 there have been numerous problems. The pump was found to be defective twice and at one point the flue pipe cap had to be replaced, but was replaced so un professionally that we had to pay a roofer to come repair the shingles. I have never been this dissatisfied with a company and this review comes from my frustration with them not being upfront with the consumer. I was made well aware of the service fee of 135.00 plus parts and labor. Had I been told there is a minimum of 65.00 labor charge up front, I would never have used this company for service even though they installed the unit. My advice is to stay away from this company.

I am very happy that I have Care Temp as my heating and air conditioning service company. On your business card, you have the phrase, "The Company That Cares". People make up company names all the time and I have found that your printed phrase is TRUE! Not only in your mechanics, but also in your office staff who went out of their way to answer my questions. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend you!

If I could give 0 I would. Called for emergency service during that 90 degree heat wave. Operator said she would have a tech call me asap. Well 3 weeks later still waiting g on that call. Their stickers "were" all over unit from prior owner. Not anymore. Thank you Tom Rostron for coming out. Called him next morning and he was here within 2 hours and I was cool again. Caretemp your as dead to me as my AC was during that heat wave!!! Notice they never respond to negative reviews. Must be posting their own positive reviews and responses
