    90 degree day out very humid our AC at our VFW Post was down, we called Focus for the first time they told us they could come that day between 2 and 4 to our surprise we got a call at 10: 30 asking if someone could meet us there at 11 a.m. We were more than happy to do that, they showed up precisely on time and we're only there for 40 minutes solved the problem and our AC was up and running!
    Brett the service tech was very polite very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem.
    their website says they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There's no way will ever call anyone else!

    Was having a problem with my central A/C unit (no cool air). Called a competitor at 9 AM on 06/07/2016. Promised a call back later that day to schedule service. Waited until 11:30 AM today (06/08/2016). No one called back. Called Focus today around noon, and they had me scheduled immediately for service between 4:30-5:30. John arrived at 4:30 and had my problem solved and my A/C up and running by 5 PM (blown capacitor). John took the time to explain in detail exactly what he was doing, and what was wrong. I will definitely call Focus if I should need service again down the road. Professional, personable, and very reasonable. A+++

    I would like to thank Bob Colona and his staff for the quality work they performed at our firehouse by repairing our ventilation system in the engine room at the firehouse. I would highly recommend Focus to anyone looking to get quality, professional work completed.

    FOCUS CAME IN OUR HOME AND DID THEIR THING!!! We've been without heat since the monday before Thanksgiving, We had another company (Temprite) come out the earliest they could was weds before Thanksgiving. Only to leave us in the same situation as when they came, because they misdiagnosed the issue and claim to have had to order a part that wouldnt been in until friday. Friday came we called them only for them to say we would hear from them monday due to the holiday vacation and them not being able to get a part that wasnt even needed in the 1st place.. So we got in contact with Focus. They came right out Saturday morning and fixed the problem which they said should have been taken care of earlier in the week. The gentleman John that came out was very nice and professional. He even explained everything to me and showed me the issues with the furnace. I'm thankful for him because going thru all this I had children in the home. We've been using space heaters to keep warm. I dont kno how the other company can sleep at night. But please stay far away from Temprite. FOCUS WILL BE WHO WE CALL 1ST!!!

    I live in Maple Shade, NJ. I needed quick service on my AC as summer is approaching fast. I took a shot in the dark with this company finding them on Google. It's rare to find such an excellent service on the first try but these guys not only came out the same day for the diagnosis, they came out only a day later for the repair! Everyone was kind and professional from the secretary to the technician. I even got a chance to talk to one of the owners and it's obvious why the company is so efficient. No need to keep looking for an HVAC company!

    I feel as if the guy they sent, Bob. Wasn't feeling much like working the day I called for help. My air conditioner was blowing warm air and I needed help diagnosing the unit. The unit is about 10 yrs old, he put gauges on it and said it was empty. He said it would cost $584 to refresh the Freon and for a tune up. He said I would need a new system. He said my coil was too old. And charged me $74 for looking at my unit, saying it was empty and offering a new air conditioner system. I'm not professional by any means, but I know when I'm being taken for a ride. Icalled same day, another guy and he came out, put freon in and charged me $100. Which is what I got from your competition. Thanks for showing me how not to do business...

    Great company, came out and fixed my ductless AC unit within a day of making the appointment. These guys are very professional and do not keep you waiting for a service call. i would highly recommend Focus to anyone.
