Text the emergency line on Christmas Eve and received a reply from Bob. He was able to walk me through a fix to get my heat working again until the part could come in. He saved Christmas. Very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt.

Adam and his partner came out for diagnostic. They both worked hard to find the issue. High on pricing but Great Services highly recommend Focus!!

After a brief discussion of my system he was able to diagnose the probable repair, AND set up an appointment to have his staff here the next morning. Focus installed a new high efficiency a/c and heating system in my home. They showed up on time and completed all the work exactly as expected. The install crew was extremely compitent, polite, efficient, and most important, quiet. I hardly knew they were in my home. I am retired from the HVAC industry and recognize quality workmanship when I see it. These guys are the best of the best. If you need HVAC service, this is the company to call. I gave them 5 stars only because I could not give them 10. Thank you Focus. You're the best.

Our air stopped working during one of the hottest weeks this summer. I called early in the morning and service arrived during the window of time they gave me- what a rare thing these days! Both men who came out were very nice, professional and fixed our air within the hour. The price was very reasonable and we plan to use Focus for our future maintenance needs.
