Focus HVAC

I was referred to Focus HVAC by another business who only fixes thermostats and am so happy I called Focus HVAC. My AC stopped working last night and I checked the thermostat, breaker box and my outside unit and couldn’t determine the cause. I spoke with Peyton, in the office, she is extremely professional (the prior companies I called sounded like I was bothering them) and was able to offer assistance ASAP or at a later time, I requested ASAP, she then asked if it was okay for the tech to call me. Wil called a few minutes later to let me know when I should expect him to arrive and again when he arrived. Wil is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. I live in a condo and don’t have the standard furnace, he explained my Air Handler unit and found the cause of the stoppage right away, a loose outlet caused my water pump to fill and shut off. He was so polite and the price to come to the house was so reasonable I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and will only use Focus HVAC and will refer them to my friends and family.

Our air conditioner was not blowing cold. The man I talked to told me something to try, and said if it didn't work he could get someone out in the morning. Right there I knew this was a real honest company, as he didn't try to cone out and take my money if I could have done a simple fix myself. It didn't fix it so they sent Ryan out, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and for a fantastic price. I'm so happy I went with Focus HVAC and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

Focus HVAC is the only company I use for all of my heating and cooling needs. A few years back I did my due diligence and researched/interviewed at least five different HVAC companies before installing (including ducts and vents) central air conditioning in my grandmother's house. It was Dan Matson who was the rep that came out to the house. I got a great vibe from Focus due to their expertise and professionalism. Focus did a high quality job at a very fair price.

Focus HVAC is the best...very professional, nice people who do outstanding work and provide incredible customer service. They're always on time and are very personable and courteous. Very up front with pricing and I find them to be a good value. No BS. They've made me a lifelong customer for sure.

I'd love to leave a good review, maybe I could have, if FOCUS HVAC ever sent me the estimate. Dan m. came out on Feb 10th, said he'd get me an estimate in about a week. Two or three weeks later, I called them asking about the estimate and was told they would email it to me... needless to say, I never got the estimate, no follow up phone call... Nada, not a peep!. Unfortunate.

This is the company that install my HVAC unit . They come out twice a year for problems and some routine maintenance. The rate on the weekends are different than during the week.if I was told that information when I called I would have told them to come Monday . The unit was off and it could of stay off until Monday. Just some communication would have went a long way.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from this company. Had our heating/ac and hot water replaced. Dan gave us our estimate. He was professional, informative, and honest. Felt we got a very good price for the job. His crew was prompt, hard working and courteous. They also answered all of our questions after completing the job. The time from estimate to completion was less than 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend this company. They provide exceptional service and fair competitive prices.
