Focus HVAC

We called them a few weeks back, and they were the only company to answer the phone, and get someone out to service our unit! They came fast and fixed our AC in one day! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC guy, and the best part is they were over priced either!

Originally contracted with a company via Costco, but they were unreliable in meeting their time commitment so I cancelled with them. My wife contacted FOCUS HVAC and John Edwards came out and gave a very professional review and estimate. We decided based on this, the other Google reviews, and a recommendation from a former HVAC contractor we respected to go with FOCUS HVAC. They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and checked that everything ran well. The old heat pump was removed and taken away and the work site was left clean. I couldn't be happier with the new unit. It is quieter by far and much more efficient at cooling the house than the previous unit was. Also came with an excellent warranty. The price was extremely competitive - (the original Costco contractor was only slightly less, and only after applying Costco rebates & Costco credit card credits - which would not be realized until the end of the year anyway). If you need a new heater/air conditioner, I don't think you can get a more professional crew!

We have biannual service on our cooling and heating. The technician they send is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are considering getting a new hot water heater installed soon as they offer a discount if you're signed up for their biannual service. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Focus has always done a wonderful job from our installation to tune ups. Reliable and affordable! I would recommend focus for any HVAC needs.

I called them today because I found water in my basement. I spoke to a nice girl on the phone, she told me that they would be there within my 2 hour window and they were. they came out did the work no non sense, we very clean, laid down tarps so not to ruin my carpets, or hardwood floors. The guys were quick and courteous, and all at a GREAT PRICE!! I would recommend them for any job that needs to be done !! THANKS AGAIN !!

I am extremely happy with Dan who came out to give me an estimate on Installing a new heater, air conditioner, chimney liner, and a new Bradford white hot water heater. The crew that came out on the install did an absolute excellent job! They did a neat ,clean perfect job!I could not be happier .I have worked in construction for 41 years and I know an excellent job when I see one I highly recommend focus HVAC thank you Ron McHugh

Focus did a fabulous job relocating a steam radiator for us. They were communicative and open, clean and efficient. We are very pleased with the work! Thanks!

This company is terrible! First off the tech came out and informed us just for him coming out there will be a $120 charge. Which we were never informed of when we set the appointment up. Then the tech does the work, tells us to give it some time to heat up, and informs us he'll be charging us $234. We left the heat on over night and came back to our place of business the next day to find the building colder than it was before we called this company. Instead of heat coming out the vents were now blowing out cold air while it was already below 40 degrees outside. We called the company and were told they will send someone out in a couple of hours. 3 hours later we called them back. The man who answered got upset and told us to go to another company and he will mail the check back when he gets in the office. I told him we hired them because we really needed our heat and can he please send someone out. He again said no go to another company. I have never been talked to so rudely by a company before and in the meantime we have to remain closed until we figure it out.

Had no ac called Focus and John came out same day fantastic service he explained everything he was doing turned out to be a minor problem and he had our ac back up and running in about an hour. They are definitely now our go to company for any HVAC issues we might have in the future.
