The guys who came out to our home to service our heater were very nice, polite, and professional. They did good work and were a pleasure to have in our home. Good job Paul!

Technician arrived on time. Called 15 minutes before arrival. Listen as I described the problem. Proceeded to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. Replacement parts were in his vehicle. Repair was quick and cost was reasonable. I would recommend Focus HVAC to friends and family.

First, let me say, I could not be more impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and understanding of every person that works for this company; and I dealt with quite a few people there. There were several issues with my heating system, which meant I needed to call back several times and deal with several repairmen. Their rate to come out is also very reasonable.

Regardless of my frustration, the call center people were compassionate and made sure the issues were dealt with immediately. They were empathetic, as the cold had just set in, which is a rare commodity today. Gab even called to check on things after the weekend.

The repairmen were great guys! They explained everything that they were doing and why. It's a difficult thing to make a decision to lay out close to a $1,000 or replace a heater. The first gentleman did not rush me in my decision, he helped me weigh the pros and cons, and gave me his honest advice. The second guy came very close to quitting time. Regardless, he took his time like his day had just started. The third guy, I felt like the proverbial car shop joke. The heater wouldn't malfunction while he was here. He was so kind! He taught me what to do if it did again so I can help them know what to repair, among other things with the heater. All three men were exactly on time.

With this company, you can be assured your time will be respected, but most importantly, you will be respected. While one does not want to ever have to call any heating and air conditioning company, if you find yourself needing one, FOCUS is the company to call.
