Started with a service call and I liked how it was handled! Fast, knowledgeable and very friendly on the phone as well as in person. Turns out we needed a whole new system, Heater/AC since ours was 25+ years old. We had Dan come out to give us an estimate. Not only did he give us 3 choices, he was a big help with some other decisions we had to make concerning duct work . He explained everything perfectly! Even found us some rebates which really helped. No pressure at all! Even answered my emails when I had a question very promptly. Long story short...install went great and the guys were very polite and respectful! We love our new system and Focus has made us permanent customers. Thank you to all of you including John who is one of the owners who stopped by to introduce himself! Great experience!

I contacted Focus HVAC when my hot water heater stopped working. I spoke with John and he gave me a list of options. I decided to go with a whole new unit, as my current one was pretty dated. John and his crew installed the new unit, restoring my hot water with almost no turnaround time. They were extremely professional and made me feel extremely comfortable, taking all precautions including wearing face masks/shields during this Covid time. I would recommend Focus HVAC to anyone in search of a professional, trustworthy, and efficient HVAC team.

I have used Focus twice in the past, and as with those two times, they were absolutely awesome to deal with. Scheduling was no problem, they got a technician out the same day, and he was professional, personable & courteous. Within a half hour or so, my heater was working again. Highly recommend Focus HVAC.

I've been using Focus HVAC for almost 10 years now since they were still small with only a few staff members for all my heating and air conditioning needs, from repairing existing systems to new installs. They provide quality services, professional, responsive, and on-time.

I’m a first time home owner and bought an abandoned house with a newer boiler hot water system. My budget is small for gutting an entire house alone. I Had 3 sales/tech guys stop out from different companies in the area. 1 said they won’t touch it it needs to be replaced. 1 quoted me over 2k to “fix it and get it running” and then John from focus HVAC stoped out. he got it running, explained the entire system and saved me from having to replace it. Quoted me 2 thermostats which I didn’t need and he was honest about. Even gave me free batteries for one. I was expecting a large service charge but it wasn’t even 250$. I work in remodeling
And it feels really good to have someone you can trust in your back pocket. If he accepted tips I would have happily thrown him one. When the unit does finally need to be replaced I will be calling focus HVAC 100%. Local family owned business I would highly recommend

Not a big review guy but this staff is worth it! Set the appointment within 24 hrs, diagnosed the issue and replaced the necessary part for an extremely fair price.

What stood out was the respect this man had for our home - no mess left behind and a very friendly person. 50 stars to this company as their services would be appreciated in all 50 states!
