I've worked with the Mazzer Plumbing team going on 6-7 years now, on the commercial/retail side of things. They're a company that always answers, and will 'fit you into their schedule' no matter what to ensure clients are serviced in a timely manner. They have a very knowledgeable crew that you can trust to do the job correctly. I strongly recommend them for all of your drain/plumbing needs!

Dealing with Jason Mazzer Plumbing was an absolute pleasure. I have a large warehouse with a very outdated plumbing system that has been maintained but one of the national chains who really didn't know what they were doing. They had installed a residential sump pump in a commercial space and were happy to keep charging us every time the basin overflowed, which was often. I finally started calling around to find someone that could finally fix our issue and when i described what was wrong nobody wanted anything to do with the job. That was until i found Jason Mazzer plumbing. They came out and met me that night (about 8 pm) to evaluate the issue and really showed me what had been wrong all along. The job was just completed and I now have a warehouse full of happy people who can use the bathrooms without fear of overflows.
I will be contacting Jason Mazzer Plumbing for all our building needs going forward.

Mazzer plumbing repaired an issue with a pipe under my sink as well as a faucet install for my shower. The technician was knowledgeable and on time. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. I will be calling them again for a maintenance check on my central air unit.

I called Mazzer Plumbing on Tuesday, and they came out on Wednesday during the time frame when they said they would arrive for an issue with my toilet. The serviceman diagnosed the problem immediately, and made the necessary adjustment. He was very professional, and efficient. I would definitely call Mazzer Plumbing again, and plan to do so to replace my pedastal sink in the bathroom.

Highly recommend this company, uses copper piping that’s better quality. Kyle who came explained , reviewed everything.

WOW what a great experience. I think I have a new plumber. They came within the time range, they gave me a price for doing the job and they completed the job. I called another plumber for this same job and he quoted me 4 times more then what Mazzer charged. Some companies are just out to rip you off but NOT Mazzer honest, fair, nice, they explained what needed to be fixed gave me a price and completed the job. I would highly recommend Jason Mazzer Plumbing and Heating. Dan was my service person, Dan he is the man, thanks sorry not sure what the other person's name was but he was equally knowledgeable.

Mazzer’s plumbing are professional, persistent and on time. My kitchen sink was clogged and no water was draining. They spent a fair amount of time snaking the drain and cutting into the drain pipe to get better access. They were tackling a huge grease clog that kept on re-forming after it was physically broken down. My mental image is that of the movie “The Blob” as it traveled down the street and through the doors of movie theaters. The clog just kept on seeping through. They then brought in a hose and power washed with hot water the internal aspect of the drain pipe. Remember this was the blob, they repeated the procedure 3 times and got the water flowing through the drain pipe again. They were unbelievably persistent and confident that they would resolve this problem.
Not only did they fix problem and got the water draining better than before, but they left my place cleaner and neater than when they came in. I wonder if they do windows too? I will use Mazzer’s plumbing again and I recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Great job guys, and thank you for your help

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. A sewer pipe that is shared by two properties broke underneath my porch. My water company sent out Mazzer. The first kid attempted to snake it. Obviously that wasn’t going to work. I also needed to help him haul the snake down to my basement. I was being nice in hopes of getting this done ASAP. He said he would need to send a camera down but didn’t have one on the truck. He said I would get a call from the company. I didn’t. So I called them a little before 5pm. I was advised that the owner needs to approve something and they’ll send someone out on Monday (4 days from that time). I stressed that this is an emergency. My house smelled like pure raw sewage, my wife was getting sick, two families occupied, etc. I was informed someone will be out the following day. The next day they showed up. The one guy was nice but the guy who took the lead was extremely rude. Just cutting me off and not explaining anything. He said he would not run the camera down but he would come back to install a clean out two feet from my current clean out. I was confused. I told him the pipe is broken. (I pulled out a six inch clay piece of pipe) I asked him if he will replace the broken pipe when they dig it up. He said yes. He said I would hear back from his boss within an hour. Three hours go by and I called for an update. The receptionist said the boss needs to review it again. He will review it on Monday. Now I started to get aggravated. Again I stress the urgency of the situation. She said I would here back from the boss by the end of the day. I didn’t. I tried to call on Saturday but it goes right to voicemail that they’re not open until Monday. I call the water company to ask what to do. They reached out to the company who said that they haven’t been able to get a hold of the owner to speak about my issue but they will send someone out Monday to assess the situation. Monday comes by and we receive a call that they have to review it AGAIN and that they will be installing the clean out on Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon my wife receives a call from the water company that Mazzer won’t work on anything until any contaminated soil or water was removed from the area. THATS YOUR JOB!! Frustrated and furious the insurance company agreed that they are not capable of doing this job and they assigned us a new contractor. So now I’m out $50 and wasted a week just to start over with someone who is competent enough to do the job. They should be ashamed of themselves.
