Our new tankless water heater/boiler combo wouldn't start after running fine all last winter we immediately contacted our plumber. He attempted to repair it but he isn't that experienced on the tankless systems. He recommended Mazzer for repair. Since these systems are somewhat new, it was great to finally find a service that actually knew the system well and how to do diagnostics on it to get it running again. Would definitely recommend Mazzer!

The guys came to replace my main valve and hot water heater. If it was just the hot water heater, I would’ve saved the labor costs by doing it myself but I know there are way too many problems that could occur when messing with the water main, especially in a finished basement. The guys were great. They laid a runway of tarps down over my carpet and carpeted basement steps, were extremely neat and courteous in every thing that that did and were quite efficient. I called yesterday at dinner time with this issue and they had my water back up today before dinner time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I’ll be honest, it was more than I wanted to spend (who wants to spend anything unless you need to, and I NEEDED to) but after speaking to two other techs the night before on an emergency visit, then the ladies in the office, I was confident that they would take care of me so I didn’t even try to shop around to save a couple of dollars. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend them, period!

Have used Mazzer several times in the past year for different problems...always a fast response and reasonable costs...highly recommend them.

This review is based on two services done at my house by Jason Mazzer Plumbing. The first one, faucet replacement, was great and the second, boiler issue, was not. For the boiler problem, technician came in with the assistant. I had to step away for 15 minutes and when I came back, I was told that the issue is already fixed and was shown a piece that was replaced. Charged $303. Note, this work was not authorized and have I been told that I’ll be charged such an amount and for which service, I would look for an alternative. I’ve emailed the company the next day requesting review of the service. They asked me to stop by due to the owner himself wants to explain what happened and offer a refund. I took time off work to go to JM office, however, was met at the doors by the assistant and was told that owner is not available and offered a check for $100 for “misunderstanding”. Owner later emailed me, charge was for Thermocouple replacement and time spent by a technician does not matter. Couple of things
1. Work was not authorized and charging $303 15 minutes later is a wrong practice
2. I value my time as much as the owner values his and expect to be notified if owner can’t make it to the appointment owner himself scheduled
3. I was not treated with respect by a gesture of here is $100, go away now. Money does not grow on trees but besides steep price for the unauthorized service, I value honesty and integrity much more than money
4. Technician did not follow Health & Safety standards listed on company’s site
5. On Lowe’s site the part that was replaced is quoted at $10 to $20 and with service done in 15 minutes, it is unreasonable to ask homeowner to pay $303

I would not recommend this company due to prices and how customer is treated when mishaps happen.

I highly recommend Mazzer plumbing & HVAC services. I use them twice a year for maintenance, repairs if needed. They’re always professional, on time, and easy to work with.
