Let me preface this by saying I did use this company in the past and the service to my AC unit was outstanding. This was the reason we requested them again through Homeserve this time around as well - sad to say that I was bumped off the schedule for other "Emergencies" twice already. The second time without a call to me to notify me, so, waiting at home for a tech that was never coming, my time is worth something. I completely understand the intricacies of scheduling but to cancel on a customer twice, in a two week span, when I was accommodating enough to say I would wait is unacceptable - is every other "emergency" more important. Not good business - or maybe it's because the call is coming through a warranty company and not out of pocket??

Kyle and his helper were very professional and did a thorough job replacing the ac ducts in my attic. They tested the system before leaving as well as vacuuming the closet and bedroom where my attic entrance is. Kyle answered all the questions I had and didn't upsell me on any other services. Highly recommend Kyle and Mazzer.

I had Jason Mazzer plumbing and hvac come out to look at my A/C unit as it’s blowing warm air. Sean arrived on time to look at my system. He explained my situation and provided me with options as far as searching for the leak and recharging the system, replacing the condenser and coil etc and the pricing associated with the repair. I opted to get a quote on replacing the whole system as it is an older unit. At this time i am waiting on a quote. So far I would definitely recommend them for their honesty and for providing me with optons. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to find a quality plumber for years and finally did with Mazzer. They always get a tech out to assess/address the problem quickly and they are beyond thorough. They always leave the place as clean as they found it which has not been the case with every other plumber I’ve used. They stay and test all of their work and on top of it all- they are very reasonably priced.

To put it simply... with Mazzer I get top quality work, great prices and excellent service. Can’t ask for much more...
