Great work. Fair pricing. On-time. Professional team! Kevin from Mazzer Plumbing came to our rescue the day our dishwasher broke/leaked all over the kitchen. He diagnosed the issue and it was time for a new dishwasher; but it was also time to update "under the kitchen sink." He changed my water pipes that were corroded from hard water, and installed a new sink drain. And it was an upgrade from our old one, so I'm very happy.

We invited him back to install the new dishwasher when it came 2 weeks later. Perfect timing, Kevin from Mazzer showed up just when the washer was being delivered, and installation was done right. I definitely recommend Jason Mazzer for your Plumbing work.

This company is the worst to deal with. Had two appointments to flush out a boiler system. All they did was take water out of the sight glass and refilled. I had some black fluid mixed with the water in one of my sight glasses, I assumed they’d put some chemical into it to fix the problem, come to find out I have no idea if they even did just that. Plus on top of everything they worked for about 15 mins maybe less, and charged about $180 per boiler. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Please save yourself a lot of money and choose anyone else. When asked to check some radiators and a thermostat that wasn’t working to diagnose the issue, the man said “that’s not my job.” How inconsiderate and rude. Maybe we would’ve paid you for that too if you actually did your job and diagnosed the issue.

The technicians were professional and polite.

I appreciated that someone was able to come and check the leak the same day I called. There was a leak from the shower/tub into the basement and the plumber determined where it was coming from and was able to fix it in a very reasonable amount of time and cost. I was very satisfied with the whole service and will definitely call Mazzer Plumbing if needed in the future.
