As always, Mike is so respectful of our space when he comes to service the HVAC system, and this year we have the added ductless system! He’s really exceptional the way he takes time to explain what he’s found and what we can do to optimize our systems. Also, it’s really good to have a service representative who really loves his company and respects his co-workers the way Mike does! So many people are unhappy employees....so, you ALL must be doing a lot of things right! Thanks!

Unfortunately, the boiler for my furnace stopped working on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Called a different company and they sent someone to look at it. The repair person inspected the boiler and said the gas valve was faulty and quoted a repair of $1123. He also recommend that since the boiler was 18 years old I would be better off replacing vs. repairing. So, another individual visited the next morning and spent an hour evaluating the system and quoted me two options of $8491 and $9394. Fortunately, the problem was interment and I was able to get someone from Redding's out for a second opinion. The repair technician noted that the burners and pilot were very dirty and just needed a cleaning. For less than $200, I have my boiler back working better than ever.

We had a major overhaul of our home heating and hot water system completed by Reddings. Oil to gas... it was super complicated. The crew were true professionals. Courteous, kind and hard workers. The new system is in and it is super efficient. We had 14 people in the house for the holidays and we never ran out of hot water. Glad we made the switch and glad we used Reddings.

Excellent experience after a lousy year and bad job and recommendation from Princeton Air. Redding's sales person applied no pressure and in fact recommended getting a technician in before suggesting anything. Tech fixed it simple whereas Princeton Air was trying to sell me a $12,000 replacement system. No joke the fix was $350 with Redding's. When it's time to replace my system, I am definitely going with them!!
