From the initial call into the office, the technician,Mike, coming into the home, diagnosing the issues and stating the options available to us; we could have not been more pleased. The service was professional, on time and a fair price. We had been unable to receive a diagnosis from another company who came out three times over a period of six weeks.
Reddings was on top of things from the beginning and has our A/C working and a plan in place to avoid future problems.

Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. his explanations were clear and he really understood the challenge of living with such high groundwater. He helped us put together immediate and long term plans, quickly installed a sump and float, and helped get rid of old pipes and pumps that didn’t work. Very happy with services Redding’s has provided!

Mike did a great job evaluating and explaining my 5 commercial Heating/AC units! He serviced them and I will be have him back regularly to do a seasonal check and watch over them. Redding has always done a great job for us!

On a Saturday morning, we had an emergency with a serious second floor pipe valve leak in a bathroom which forced us to turn off the water supply to the house. Within 3 hours, Eric from Redding's had arrived. Ninety minutes later, the original problem was fixed, a potential additional problem was fixed, and several other small matters were addressed. Eric was an amazing professional, kind, not in a rush, interested in discovering and fixing other problems - and even enjoyed our puppy. 100% recommend Reddings'.

Josh came to replace water heater. He and his assistant did an excellent job and answered all my questions regarding maintenance and use. He fixed my hose bibs that leaked for years. I liked they took the extra effort to cover my floors from damage.

I have used Reddings for years. Started using their plumbing services, new sink, install a toilet. Then moved my annual maintenance for both my AC and Boiler to them about 10 years ago. They have been awesome, the technicians are very prompt, respectful and helpful. Answer all my questions and have gone above and beyond on many occasions.

I have used Reddings on multiple occasions on everything from replacing my entire HVAC system to routine maintenance and repairs. The quality of the work is acceptable but I will no longer use them because they have gouged me on price the last two times I've used them. They charged me over $300 to tighten the faceplate of my thermostat and nearly $800 to replace the overflow gasket on my bathtub.
