Mike got on the roof, found the problem and quickly had us back in A/C. It must have been 110 degrees on the roof but it is a lovely 74. degrees in the house. Thanks Mike

Have an appointment between 12pm to 2pm. Got phone call at 3:30PM saying tech is late. No Apology for such inconvenience and only ask "do you still want it". If you can't handle customer phone call, go get another job.
