Emad is my go to guy! He diagnosed the problems with my unit within minutes both times. 2nd time he came he had to take care of an issue caused by another “technician.” Needless to say I will never call anyone else again for heating/cooling issues. You get what you pay for in this industry and i dont mind paying him because he is professional and experienced.I don’t usually leave reviews but this man is the best!!!

Very professional, did an excellent job servicing my boiler. He explained everything he did during the service and the faults identified. He provided instructions on how to keep the boiler running at optimal condition.

Had my central Air Conditioning not working, kids freaking out on this hot day. Called Emad and he was in my house in 30 mins. Mind you, this is a weekend. Very professional, traced the problem and replaced both dual system fuse and capacitors. Will count on him for future services and he educates you while repairing as well to prevent future problems. Emad did a great job for my Aunt in Lodi. We called on Saturday and he came out first thing Sunday. He professionally diagnosed a concentric pipe issue, traveled to purchase the parts, then cleanly installed the the pipe fittings. Seems like a nice guy, I would recommend him.

Emad was kind enough to come the next day as I requested. He explained things to me as he was fixing my central ac. Very knowledgeable and professional. You need to hire this guy for your ac repairs!!

I would recommend Zaina service tech to anyone that’s having issues with their HAVC system.
Our heating system stop working over the weekend and not only did he come by to check the problem he gave us a good price and came back the next day and repaired it. He’s very professional at what he does and cleans up after his work.
