Emad is fantastic! Today was my first experience with Zaina Service and everything went really well. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure he diagnosed my AC issue correctly. He did a great job communicating the various options and was very honest and polite. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Highly recommended!

I contacted this company after I had another company come out because I had no heat. The 1st company's quote after he diagnosed the issue was high, but more importantly, he didn't seem sure of what he was doing, and tried to fast talk me through the diagnosis. So I contacted Emad. He came out and talked me through what he was doing and why. Turns out the 1st diagnosis was false.
I hate paying for work that is misdiagnosed or performed improperly. I am willing to pay for work that is performed properly. It is hard to know if the company you contact will send someone who's competent and will do the job correctly.
The one thing I know is I will contact Emad if I have a problem because I know he will do the job right at a fair price. That's what matters most to me.

Emad was very knowledgeable and knew the problem right away. Our thermostat stopped working and he fixed the issue. He is very detail oriented and taught me so much. Emad is THE BEST. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough, he is absolutely hilarious and generous. We initially called Emad because we believed there was a gas leak due to our extraordinary high gas bill. He was able to come as soon as possible and on time. He was able to locate two areas where gas was leaking due to improper installation by the prior homeowner and fixed the issues right away. While he did that, Emad taught us all the things we could do and maintain so that we are prepared for any issues that may arise as new homeowners. When he was finished, he cleaned up and even tested for other things before leaving. The price was extremely reasonable especially with the gravity of the situation. We will definitely be calling him again when it gets warmer to address our HVAC and ducts. Do not hesitate to call Emad; you will not regret it!

Emad was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Treated us like a return customer the first time he came. Emad also taught us how to change filter and he also make sure to check and tested his work before he left. Reasonable price!

Emad was great! We had issues with the heat and he came by and said the furnace was old and may need to be replaced but said let’s bleed it first and if that works then it won’t have to be replaced yet. He did that and the heat was working again and stopped making all the noises. The fact he did not try to charge us for things we didn’t need was very much appreciated. He also replaced both thermostats which helped as well. Well priced and was caring. If you need help with the hvac, you should definitely call this company!

Our boiler broke on a cold Saturday morning. Emad was out to our house to fix the problem the same day. He was quickly able go get everything working again and he also took the time to explain how everything works on our unit. I would definitely recommended his services and will keep his number on hand for the future.

Emad responded to my broken furnace issue over a New Year weekend. All other companies would not come out until after the New Year. I already had another company come out several days earlier, which misdiagnosed the problem completely. Emad quickly identified the root cause of the issue to be a basement flood, and then worked the next day to fix the broken drainage system first - which isn’t even listed as his specialty! This required renting of specialized equipment and hours of work in the dirt and mud. I now have a house with a working drainage system and a fixed furnace. Emad blew away all of my expectations - he is very bright, resourceful, dedicated, and hard-working. He also priced the job very fairly. I can think of no one better to work with in the future.

Emad was amazing and is how I wish all home service companies were like. He was always very responsive (for the initial quote and any questions we had). His knowledge, workmanship and care for our house were great. There were a couple minor issues that came up during the replacement and expansion of our HVAC system and Emad did a fantastic job in getting them resolved. I am not expecting any issues with our new system anytime soon, but will be sure to contact Emad for any future needs.
