So very grateful for Zaina Service Tech! My thermostat was acting wonky for awhile, but on a late weekday night my furnace decided it wouldn't turn on, at all. I called a few places, and no one picked up. I was worried my pipes could burst if the house became too cold. I call this business, and someone actually picked up the phone. He came out quickly and within the time-frame he promised. He replaced the thermostat unit in a very clean and professional manner. But wait, there's more. While inspecting the furnace, he noticed that the vent pipes from my furnace to the outside were sloped incorrectly. He explained everything thoroughly. He stayed late to fix the pipes because he was worried about future damage to the furnace -- it is a challenge to find businesses with this type of integrity. Oh my goodness, the quality of air circulation was like night and day between before and after he repaired the pipe slope issue. He is a master of HVAC, you'd practically think he wrote the HVAC textbook. He's THAT good. I would have given six 🌟 if it were possible.

Zaina Service Tech were so trustworthy and reliable from the initial service call until the job was completed. They showed up fast. They took the time to explain my AC issues which I appreciate. They worked with me and gave me options, recommended the best solution and most importantly resolved my AC system problem quickly, efficiently and reasonably. I highly recommend their services!!

Emad is absolutely wonderful! Super knowledgeable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to explains everything so easily in order to ensure we understand all work being done. We just bought our first home and we were having trouble with condensation so he came to the rescue. So happy we found him, we will be recommending him to our friends + family!

Converted from Oil to Gas heat. My house is old so I wanted to make sure I got the job done right, clean and accordance to the towns Code (Fair Lawn, very particular with their coding requirements). Zaina Services exceeded expectations and took care of all permits and Inspections. They even went the extra mile to patch up a few things that was not initially discussed during pricing. I'm finally satisfied that I found a Go-To person for all my future needs and will highly recommend them. Professional and reasonably priced.

I called Zaina Service Tech on a very hot day of July when my central AC broke. The serviceman was quick to answer the phone and scheduled a visit the same day. Upon arrival he quickly detected the problem (which was a broken blower motor) and was able to repair it the same day (for which he had to bring the new motor from the store). After fixing this I asked him to check my second floor system since I have dual zone with 2 units and the second zone was not cooling efficiently for quite some time. He detected an air restriction inside the unit and quickly fixed it with no additional charge. I was present during the repairs, received a plenty of explanations and valuable information during the process and was very impressed by the guy. He is true professional. Thanks Zaina Service Tech! I highly recommend this service.

This is your guy!!! Honest, Knowledgeable, SUPER professional. Our central air crapped out last night and out of all of the emergency service techs in the area that we called, he was the first to respond and was super communicative, responsive, and educating. I would recommend Zaina service to anyone. Emad was very professional and thorough throughout. He did thorough inspection to figure out the problem. He installed insulation throughout the attic and fixed coil duct alignment. If I or any family have any issues in future, we will be calling Zaina service.

After our A/C stopped working, we were in immediate need of repair. Most companies didn’t respond until the next day, and wanted an exorbitant amount of money just to walk in the door. I called Emad, and within a short period of time, he had responded. Being extremely knowledgeable in his field, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and offer a resolution. Our A/C was up and running the next day. He has a strong work ethic, treats your problem as his own, and is a fair businessman. We’ll definitely use him again.
