I highly recommend this plumbing service! They are incredibly reliable and provide great customer service. Adam is awesome! Extremally nice guy who is knowledgeable and isnt out to scam. The prices are very fair, and they are always upfront about costs. What's even more impressive is that they have come back to fix issues related to previous repairs and have not charged me for the extra work. It's clear that they prioritize their customers' satisfaction and quality of their work. I trust them completely and will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.

STAY AWAY! I hired this plumber to install a new dishwasher and it was an extremely negative and stressful experience. The plumber they sent, who told me he was one of the owners, was perplexed at the set up of my current dishwasher but assured me he would be able to do the job and replace it with the new one. Well, $325 later, after a wash cycle was completed and he was gone, my new dishwasher did not drain. When I called the main number to explain the problem, the man on the phone said that maybe it’s not supposed to drain. Then he said he would charge me again if he sent someone over to fix it if it’s not the installation, which he insisted it was not. When I sternly objected, he went BALLISTIC on the phone and yelled at me hostilely. I will never use them again.

Call BSE Mechanical in Ringwood if you can. But if they’re not available… Called a half dozen other plumbers about my MAIN Line blockage (guests in town and nobody could shower or use the toilets). These guys were the only ones willing to help me same day AND in the morning. Technician (Ahmed - great guy) arrived earlier than expected (always a plus when you can’t use your bathroom) was polite, professional and patient. Best part... he cleared the blockage the right way by doing things no other plumber did in the past. And didn’t try and tell me I needed to replace this, and that, trying to get more money out of me. And told me price up front. Fast, reliable and fair price. What else do you want in a plumber. One thing that was different... plain white van (nice new one) pulls up and it’s a bit generic (no signage on van and not many tools in truck). They say they are a Full Service Plumber so that’s cool. Will definitely be calling these guys again.

TERRIBLE company, do not use these services. They came to tie up a leaking kitchen faucet , it was not done correctly, it remained dripping and they refused to come back to fix it and complete it properly. The plumber called me back to say they didn't have to come back and when I called the management company they were mean and cursing back.They charged 150usd just for coming. Stay away from this company.

Definitely avoid this place. Called to get an estimate on replacing a water heater and was berated for not knowing enough about what kind of water heater I had. Unfortunately if I knew the kind of information he was asking for, I probably could have replaced it myself! Absolutely rude and unprofessional on the phone, going to another business to get helped.

In response to the owner's comment: you do not have my information in your database because I wasn't helped ultimately. Whoever I spoke to was absolutely rude and would not provide me any estimates or any kind of information without knowing some very detailed information about my boiler so I ended up reaching out to another plumber who provided a great estimate and helped out without extremely detailed information. Seems like you barely read my review and demanded it get removed. Your business needs to learn to treat existing AND potential customers with some respect. My point stands that your business should ABSOLUTELY be avoided.

Professional and responsive customer care. They did an excellent job. Repairman is knowledgeable and he explained to me how the furnace runs!! I’m happy I opted for them.

We were unable to flush, wash dishes, use the dishwasher, etc. because our main line was backed up. It took an hour and 30 for these guys to get everything working . Price was more than reasonable. Very pleasant experience. Will use them in the future if I ever have issues again.

We decided to call this plumber because the water in one of the showers wasn't getting hot. We figured that the water heater was broken so we planned to replace it with a tankless heater since I read many people are upgrading.
After a short discussion with one of their technician, I was encouraged not to purchase a new heater yet and he came out to the apartment. After looking at the heater he told us it could be fixed and that we didn't need to purchase a new water heater. I appreciate your honesty!

GO ELSEWHERE.....NO REAL HEATING/HVAC SKILLS!!!! American wanted to charge me $695 to replace a Furnace Control Board. Made me wait 2 days with no heat for parts. The guy did not have the skill set to replace the board that was slightly different (because the old board was replaced with a newer version/design). He then told me I needed to buy a NEW heating system FOR $6,500 because there was no exact control board replacement!!!! The newer control board just needed someone who was knowledgeable enough to install it properly!!! I called another company that came the SAME DAY AND GUESS WHAT - NO NEW HEATING SYSTEM NEEDED!! THEY FIXED IT FOR $495 - $200 CHEAPER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WHICH THEY COULD NOT KEEP!
