Evidently my particular type of HVAC unit is difficult to work on as contractor after contractor did not call back or just outright refused to repair it. Emad from Zaina came early the next day and used his knowledge of refrigeration as well his HVAC expertise to quickly isolate the problem and replace the broken part. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything he was doing and the results. I literally cannot say enough good things about him. I went from wondering if I was ever going to be able to find anyone at all to take a look at my HVAC system to watching Emad knock it out in an hour and making it look easy.

We called Emad at 9am, he was here at 10am and had fixed our Air Condenser unit by 1130am. He kindly answered all the questions we had as he identified the issue, then proceeded to replace our capacitor, measured and upped the refrigerant fuel, and cleaned the system. He had all the replacement parts with him. Would definitely recommend! He's now our go-to HVAC guy.

Upon his arrival, Imad shared years of experience and knowledge with me regarding my heating system. He showed me everything in detail, and pointed out the defects in the system. He even restored 1 of the steam boilers which had obvious leaking due to a broken pipe.

He went above and beyond in his repairs. He showed me how to maintain my system for longevity.

In terms of pricing, he offered a very competitive rate as I looked around for estimates prior. I believe I received a good price.

I already shared his information with my neighbor who also needs servicing done. I will continue to use Zaina Service Tech and will recommend him to all my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Zaina Service Tech!
I had issues with my Nest thermostat, it was keep turning on and off continuously and the temperature never went down.
I called Zaina on Sunday at 7pm and was here by 7:40pm. Checked my HVAC system and diagnosed what the issue was.
The work was professional and the explanation was thorough. We will be using Zaina again in the future.Thank you for your work!

Phenomenal service. Couldn’t be happier with new HVAC. Emad should up next day, took out (old and complicated) HVAC coil and compressor and replaced with new and better unit that he custom fit which looks like it belonged there the whole time. I’ll never use another HVAC company so long as Zaina is in business. Thank you for everything!
