john and john did an outstanding job of helping us determine the best approach to handling the necessary repairs in our condo. We decided to replace the bathroom faucets (instead of replace valves) and we were very happy with the many discounts that were offered if we wanted to "do it right". An exception was made for service in the south Loop because of the recommendation by Noel at 5plumbingchicago and I am beyond grateful given the results.

I contacted this company to have my A/C system dismantled and they got back to me quickly. They broke my AC system on time with proper experience and correct solution at fair price and informed me about the work. I am very happy with their work because they do great work. Excellent company. I have used Intercity for years. Their work is always excellent and complete. They are very responsive to any emergencies, return phone calls promptly, and are on time for scheduled appointments. Their prices are fair. I would never think of using another company.

They were fast and did a great job matching the colored concrete, reinstalling the pavers, and improving the drain. I plan on using them for more jobs in the future, and will have them regularly jet the lines to keep the long drive with a shallow drop cleared
