Super Service Plumbers Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a major issue with my boiler and steam radiator system. They walked me though the issues at 10pm on a Sunday and stayed on the phone with me for an hour. On two separate occasions....Without ever having used them before....The fact that they spent the time to virtually help a stranger speaks volumes. I’ve likely found my go to plumber for the foreseeable future and cannot recommend them enough.

Our AC unit stopped working recently, dead in its tracks, and several companies we talked to told us it would probably need to be replaced (without even checking it out). These guys, on the other hand, came out, took one look at it and told us they could repair it no problem. The Tech that came was fantastic -- super professional, quick to point out the problem, and even quicker to fix it. Within a few hours the unit was back online and working great, which was a huge relief given the current heat. It is very, very hard to find a trustworthy company when it comes to AC repair. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I've used them on two occasions. The first time was for a water heater replacement (I went with the tankless option). The second time was a small job - garbage disposal replacement. They are courteous and professional. I would call them again in the future.

The plumber they sent to me was very friendly and professional. He showed me all the parts and exactly what was causing the problem. He described how the parts were damaged. Very thorough! I would definitely use this Plumbing service again!

This is the second time I've used them. They have always been fantastic. This time around I had an emergency and wasn't able to make my scheduled appointment nor was I able to inform them ahead of time. Not only were they understanding, they went out of their way to squeeze me in and fix my problem knowing that I was having scheduling difficulties for personal reasons. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am selling my home and had to strap my water heater to bring it up to code. The water heater is in an outdoor closet so it is tight quarters.
These guys came up with a genius solution. Now the heater is strapped, the water is heating up, and I can sell my house.
They even took the time to look at the hose bibs (per building inspection report) to see if they needed certain devices attached to them, and they opined that they did not.
