We woke up with no heat or hot water the day after Christmas. It was 22 degrees out but we didn't know who to call. I read rave reviews about Eddie at Airtek Mechanical LLC so called & he responded promptly. We were so grateful because he & his helper were kind, respectful & professional. They did a temporary fix for the night so we wouldn't freeze & returned the very next day with parts & serviced our furnace. We will be using Eddie for our future needs & would definitely highly recommend him.

I have used Eddie for the past few years for issues/repairs on my condo’s AC unit. Unit was over 20 years old on the roof of a 5 floor building. It is very difficult to access and a pain but he has helped me keep it going. When the unit finally gave out he replaced the entire thing for a more reasonable price that I expected considering what was involved. He is honest, detail oriented, communicative/responsive and extremely hard working. Highly recommend!

I called Eddie and told him exactly what I needed to change for my boiler. He quickly told me the price over the phone and told me he would be there that day to make repairs. All I had to do was take pictures of the part and send them over to him. Eddie is by far the most honest and knowledgeable guy working in this industry. He got my boiler working the same day and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I am happy to say that he will be my go to guy for any issues related to heating and cooling repairs or installations. I highly recommend Eddie, I can promise you won't regret it.

Eddie is very honest and professional . He could not sleep in the night if his client’s issues did not be resolved. It was a disaster that our air conditioner was not working in hot summer days. Fortunately, Eddie was here to save our day.

First time service with Airtek. Eddie was courteous, professional and explained in detail the issues that I had with my outdoor fan unit. He went above and beyond in advising how I can continue with my own annual maintenance of the equipment for preventive measures. Outside of replacing the capacitor, he also topped off my refrigerant, which he didn’t need to. Not to mention the ease of payment via Venmo or Paypal instead of writing out a check on the spot. Easy to talk to, made sure I was comfortable with everything, checked on the temperature of the vents, and cleaned up afterwards. Will certainly use them again for future services.
