We were in dire straits when our HVAC stopped working at 6:30 PM on a 90 degree summer evening with a 9-month pregnant woman and a sleeping 2-year old in the house. Frank and Omar were incredibly responsive and Omar in particular did a fantastic job coming in quickly and smoothly solving the problem and leaving me instructions how to follow up in the morning. Could not recommend higher.

The technician came and fixed my unit swiftly and productively. He was polite and knew what he was doing. When I asked him a question about what could be wrong with my system, he replied in a manner I could comprehend. I likewise preferred that he puts on his shoe covers before coming into the house. I like that you get a text helping you to remember your appointment. I unquestionably recommend them.

They are always on time, very friendly and professional. I wouldn't use any other company.

No hot water with 2 toddlers living in the house is a pretty big deal. Found Super Plumbers on Google after searching to no avail for a reasonably priced and reputable water heater repair service. Just needed a thermocouple replaced, but I didn't want to deal with taking apart the burner assembly myself, so I called the pros.
I was contacted in about an hour. They scheduled the appointment for later that day and their service man arrived on time after keeping me in the loop via text.
He was done in less than 45 minutes, as it was a pretty quick fix, but he also pointed out some other issues that needed attention that could potentially save headache and money down the road.
Very prompt, courteous, and affordable service.

One of the BEST experiences I have had with the specialized trades (read: ALL TRADES). I called this company to help diagnose a shorting issue with our aging heat pump unit that was beyond my skill set. They showed up promptly, took time to inspect all the parts of the unit I was concerned with, helped me walk through somethings to look out for and offered a range of solutions from specific part repairs to a full on replacement. I opted for a full replacement as i don't want recurring issues. The Tech was courteous, professional and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and recommend them here as well. A++

Overall, they were unpleasant to work with, they charged an arm and a leg, and were unable to finish the job, but were punctual.

My furnace blew a transformer. They came by (on time) and quoted me $350 to install a new transformer and that's it. "If it doesn't work after that, it'll be more money."

At this point since I was already committed to their $95 diagnostic fee, there's not much I could do. But once I asked if they could budge on the price, the plumber used the most unpleasant high pressure tactic: he ran back to his truck and said, "that's it we're leaving if you don't want to do this it's on you", and slammed the truck door in my face. I had to run to the other side and talk to the driver of the truck to prevent them from leaving, and agree to the very high price.

After the plumber installed a new transformer (after blowing an additional one out), he bypassed the furnace thermostat connection, telling me that there's a short somewhere in the wire leading to the thermostat, and that I should route a new wire... but they don't do that. "Call an electrician," he flippantly told me.

The whole time if I asked a question or made a suggestion he didn't like, the plumber got extremely upset, and stated yelling at me. I had to calm him down numerous times.

So I'm left $350 poorer, frustrated and insulted, and with a furnace that can only be operated manually, with no thermostat control.

I'm left having to hire another plumber, who (surprise surprise) does route thermostat wire, to finish the job.

It was a pretty bad experience. Avoid these guys.

Wow, these guys were terrific. They arrived on time and fast. I called this company and they came out the following day. They are great to work with and really left me with confident that they could get the job done. They finished the job neatly. These guys were great and will be on my list if I ever need more plumbing help. I definitely recommend them.

They were late but they did a good job once they got here. The Tech did a great job installing out new hot water heater. I set a special time on a special day because I wanted to make sure I was home while the plumber was here. They were late, but its not a huge thing and I will use them again.

Quick response time! Omar, the service tech, was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable!

My AC wasn't working so called I this company which was referred by a friend and they sent a serviceman to my home within an hour. So far so good, My unit is working like new a new one. He did arrive on time and was very knowledgeable . Maybe more than I needed to know. Would use them again if the need arose.
