Huge thanks to Omar! I called in desperation on Saturday after calling five other companies when my a/c went down on the hottest and humidest weekend of the year. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my home 10 mins later. He diagnosed it as burnt-out fan, and said he would fix it on Monday assuming he could source the correct OEM part. On Monday he located the part, drove miles to pick it up, came round and installed it. We were up and running by 4pm. He was so incredibly helpful and nice to work with and I would (will) hire Super Plumbers again for my plumbing and HVAC needs in a heartbeat!

My service person was Omar it was excellent I couldn't ask for a better service he is a hard worker and very pleasant you have around I couldn't have asked for a better thank you so much

I had an issue on a Sunday night and no other company was even available to return my call. Frank not only got back to me quickly, but also followed-up multiple times throughout the night helping walk me through what I needed to do to fix my issue. He cared about helping me immediately and was thorough when the problem wasn’t an obvious fix. That level of service and caring is hard to find. I would strongly recommend Frank to anyone who needs any hot water heater related help.

They don’t care about your time. I had called the company and was told that someone would call me back later that day to schedule time to take a look at the scope of work. After not hearing back, I called again the next day and was told to text them the pictures and what we needed. They scheduled me for a Saturday between 10AM and 12PM. After not hearing from them around 12PM, I reached out and was told that they were stuck at another job and that Monday would be a better day, which is understandable. I waited until midday Monday (after clearing my schedule again to accommodate the visit) and reached out for an update. Was told that Tuesday was better. On Tuesday, a technician did come out and understood quite well what the various items we needed addressed were and told me I’d have an estimate soon. I waited two days and reached back out and received a text with a rough $ estimate of 1 of the 3 things we needed. I followed up via text asking what the estimate was for the remaining items. Never heard back. Terrible communication. No respect for the customer’s time. Very disappointed after seeing the great reviews. It would have been totally OK if I was just told from day one that the company was busy or was uninterested in my job. Instead I got strung along and wasted valuable time.

My heater wasn't working so I got a referral to Super plumbers. I called them on Monday, they had someone out on Tuesday. He did a quick evaluation and knew what the issue was. Got the part the same day, and already fixed the heater. Fast, quick, and easy.

I had Mike come out to check on my AC on July 4th weekend. He came same day and also provided the cheapest diagnostic (upfront) cost compared to others I called. Extremely trustworthy and reliable service. Few weeks later Mike needed to stop by for a follow-up visit. He was able to provide me service free of charge and once again was same day service. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues. Reliable and cost competitive.

My heater had not worked for two or three weeks. The maintenance organization I called disregarded my calls for services twice! I chose to discover another company on Google and saw Super Plumbers Heating and Air Conditioning. I called a short while after 7:00 a.m., They replied and said they would be here quickly. They kept their promise and analyzed the issue in no time! The technician was cordial and expert while working rapidly and productively!

Five stars and that's only the tip of the iceberg, on the off chance that I could give them, for this professional job!

The serviceman came as expected. Did the repair and had the part on the truck. Repaired a heat duct air leak. Very personal repairman.
