We met Sam from the NJ Home and Garden Show. After having a conversation with him we decided to make an appointment to replace our water heater and scheduled a HVAC maintenance. Excellent job! The AC was installed on 2 super hot days, and they were as pleasant and efficient as could be! I got 4 quotes before selecting Sam's. They were the only company that found a way to install the AC without eliminating my linen closet. (No one else was experienced and creative enough to figure it out!). Their price was very competitive, and Sam was very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

As a local In the Area of middlesex county, i would like to share my thoughts on their service, its the best I’ve had by far, i had edison & cooling before it didn’t work out to well and i felt i was being overcharged for less quality equipment and service, switching to Sam’s air control was the best decision i made they were very responsive & helpful to what i services i needed in my home, they had great pricing saved me a lot of money and fast maintenance. We Hired Sam’s air control for a BIG jod at our home in Kenilworth NJ
Replacing the old ac unit and install new Heat and Ac two separate units….also they helped us running new gas lines through out the installation……
The crew was very professional..always taking care of our needs and very responsable and courteous…..
But mainly knowledgeable of their business….
Everything when flawless during installation that took
Several days to complete …
Absolutely please with their expertise….
We should be enjoying ac and heat at home for many years to come.

Update on 10/18/21 :

Sam called me back to take care of the situation. It was extremely busy and this one slip through the crack for him. Gave him another opportunity and this time he went beyond my expectation and got pretty much everything squared out with my warranty company. Appreciate for calling back and taking care of what's needed Sam.

To start with have no clue how come they have good reviews. I was in touch with this company through my home warrant company. They diagnosed the problem and said require a new AC. After that both my warranty company and I have been trying to reach them over phone, emails for the last 3 months. Worst part they NEVER pick up the phone neither answer to emails from my warranty company. I can't comment on the service since replacement wasn't done, but prompt responsiveness is basic to any company that you run. Literally they will not bother to respond to your phone, texts etc. Look for somebody else if you looking for basic response. To be clear my warranty company is waiting for last 3 months on a detail report from SAMS stating why it needs a replacement.
I see other customers through warranty company have faced a similar problem related to responsiveness. Looks like they treat you bad if you coming through a warranty company !!! Beware.
