Our heat went out last night and based on a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Sam's Air Control. Within 2 hours of our call a technician was at our door, fixed the problem and now heat is back on! Just bought a house here and I have very limited knowledge of how our system works. Sam’s guys came out and identified a problem and took care of it and made sure I had a basic understanding of how to maintain my system. When everything wasn’t exactly right, he sent a guy out to try to resolve it again. Both Sam and his guys were professional and friendly. Sam's did such a great job! They came right away, assessed the problem, and when we determined that our 30+ year old furnace had seen it's last day, they replaced it that day. Everyone was professional, very pleasant, and cleaned everything up. We even had a little problem with our water heater the next day and they helped us out. I would highly recommend them to any one who is having a heating issue.
