Sam's Air Control

Of course on the hottest day , our AC wasn’t blowing cold. I was very pleased with the same day service I received from Sam’s Air Control. From the time my appointment was set until the time my technician arrived , I was given text updates on when he would be expected, and tracking on when he would arrive. I thought that was a very nice feature the company offered its customers.
The tech Ryan G was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and was honest and upfront when offering us repair options. He got our AC fixed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Sam’s Air Control !

I came back from a trip away to find my AC not working on a hot and humid night in June. The next morning, I called around to look for someone who could come by. Lucky for me, Richard Gonzalez from Sam's Air control could make it the same day. He came promptly during the time frame the dispatcher had given me, was very polite, and fixed the problem quickly. I would use Sam's Air again.

I was having trouble with my AC & Heating system, I called up & a nice young man answered the phone his name was Sam. I explained what was going on & he came to the house and worked a very good price up for me on a brand new Bryant (by carrier) Heating & AC system for me. He even offered me financing at 0% !! After ordering the system & parts, Andre & Lewis came for installation. Both were very Knowledgeable & professional. They worked until the job was 100% complete. I thank you Sam & everyone who helped me & my mother Sheryl out. We greatly appreciate it! Honest & very fairly priced. 10/10.

Sams replaced my whole a/c system last year . I just had an issue come up . 7:30 at night Sam answered the phone by the third ring . I explained the situation. An appointment was made . I was notified by voice and text confirmation of appointment. Rich , ( professional gentleman)the tech fixed the issue. ( swap out circuit breaker). Highly recommend Sam’s Air . Very good workmanship, excellent pricing.

Our furnace is approx 7 years old, kept shutting off. The tech from Sam’s Air Control came out, looked over the entire system, and determined which part needed to be replaced. He gave me several options and even offered some discount if I would sign up for their maintenance contract. I'm very happy with their service. The same day, the technician came back with a new part, replaced it, and performed maintenance. The tech was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful while he was walking in, out, and through the house to access all the equipment. Highly recommend!

Richard did about 200 preventative maintenances for me, across two projects. He completed them ahead of the schedule and was great to work with. He was very responsive and always remained professional.

I called last night for a central air repair, Sam's Air Control was able to get the Gonzalez brother's (Ryan and Rich) out the very next morning to figure what the issue was. Ryan and Rich went above and beyond to fix all the problems that were wrong with the unit. I can not express how impressed I was with the response and professionalism demonstrated by Sam's, definitely worth to sign up for the membership and be satisfied! Great work gentlemen!
