We needed to replace our central AC unit. After getting quotes from several places, Sam’s came in at the lowest price. But the main reason we went with Sam’s was due to his presentation and communication. Sam, and everyone on his entire team, were ALWAYS personable and professional. They started the job on a rainy morning and made sure to wear shoe covers whenever they were in the house (so as not to leave a trail of muddy tracks). They encountered an issue on the first day and ended up putting in over 12 hours, but ultimately had to come back a second day. They again showed up bright and early, again personable and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Sam and his team from start to finish.

Excellent service. I used Sam's to have my central air unit disconnected to make room for my patio installation. A month later I also had them come back to perform maintenance. Top notch customer service, kept appointment times and returned all phone calls. The same technician came to my house each time and was very professional and polite. Jobs completed without issue for a reasonable fee, highly recommend.
