Ed was very professional and explained what we should do to get the best out of our cooling system. I highly recommend this company. He came right on time and did not rush the job and made sure that the AC was working before he left.

Woolley Technician Craig M. arrived on time for my yearly furnace tune-up. Pleasant attitude and ready to work, asked if the system was running ok. After this year’s tuneup and filter replacement he informed me that everything was running well. Craig M. Is very knowledgeable in regards to my furnace. Highly recommended!!

Eddie P from Woolley Home came to our home last week to address a problem with our furnace. He arrived promptly, was courteous and solved the problem quickly. He also responded to a phone call I made later in the week about a separate issue and coached me over the phone to resolve it. We have been Woolley customers since 1967 and have always been very pleased with their service. They have been more like family than a business.

Friday 11/30/2018 Craig M came to my house today to tune up my furnace. He was my same tech from last year. As usual my Woolley family sent their best and as he did last year, Craig was swift, clean and a joy to have in my home. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with anyone from the Woolley Fuel Company. I have only one thing to say about Craig..... HE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Art D of Woolley Home Solutions did a fantastic job yesterday repairing my furnace. There were multiple problems resulting from a tree falling on my house earlier in the year. He diagnosed the issues and did a very careful and thorough job with the repairs. He was also very professional and a total gentleman. I would recommend this company and this employee very highly.

Craig has been very helpful in making sure my furnace is operating properly every year. I can definitely rely on him and Woolley’s to handle all of my heating needs! Would definitely recommend!

I've used Woolley for plumbing repairs before, and this year Art D was the tech who came to perform our annual gas boiler inspection and he did a fantastic job. He explained the process throughout and the reasoning for each of his steps, cleaned the site afterward and left it looking better than it did when he arrived. He was courteous, professional and friendly and adhered to all of the COVID-19 safety protocols like social distancing and wearing a mask. I would recommend Woolley and Art to anyone looking for HVAC work, preventive maintenance or repairs.
