The service here is good, very expensive but good. I did however had an issue with them and decided to go with another company, I had a service plan with them and I called because there was no heat coming up and I had a newborn baby only to be told I had to pay an additional cost for them to come out even though I was due service at the time. I think that was very incompassionate....

Nick is the absolute best plumber we’ve had work on our home. I would not consider using anyone else. He’s prompt, efficient and above all impeccable.

Craig’s servicing of our gas furnace was “world class”. He was prompt, thorough, checked all operations, explained what he was doing and how to best maintain the furnace for the heating season. Do yourself a favor and ask for Craig, he’s the best!

Knowledgeable is all I’m asking for and their technicians are just that. They’ve been maintaining my home furnace as long as I can remember and if there ever happens to be a problem they are able to find the root of it.

Our annual service on the furnace was done with Joe. He called ahead to say he was coming early and promised to check on two issues I had with the boiler. He was very efficient and courteous like all of Woolley service technicians. We have used Woolley for many years and would highly recommend them.

Updating review w/ comments…I also want to commend and thank Art for his exceptional ability and professionalism throughout our visit yesterday. When your heat goes out in freezing temperatures, having someone like Art stay and ensure the job is done properly is about the best gift you can get. We were incredibly fortunate to be with Woolley and have Art there to help us. If there was a 10-star option, that would have been given!

We’ve had Art come to our house multiple times for different tasks, he is very friendly and thorough, he explains how everything works and explains what you need to do to maintain the equipment properly. He also did extensive repairs on our heating/AC system which had been Installed improperly before. A great guy, I highly recommend him and the company.
