Travis L., the sales rep was always prompt in keeping his appointments and returning telephone calls. He took the time explain the different types of models available to me. When the install team came to the house they each introduced themselves to me and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Installation went smoothly and they were very clean and thorough with their work. I had some issues with the screen used to control the system and Travis searched for a control panel that was easier for me to use. I would recommend them to anyone needing any work done in the future and will use them again! Rita Cabani

On Monday (1-21-2019) we had an all house generator installed by Bloomfield Cooling. This day was the worst day, weather wise, we have had in years. The temperature was about 5 degrees with 20 mph wind gusts. These folks took ~ 11 hours to install this device with no complaints. The Bloomfield team was extremely experienced, cleaned up after themselves and was very courteous to my wife and I. They kept us informed every step of the installation. It was a pleasure having them here. I would recommend Bloomfield Cooling to anyone needing HAVC work done.

I had a problem above normal maintenance, the wire from the thermostat seemed bad, the Technician (a very nice man) was at my house almost all day, but he could not fixit/figure it out, he said he or anther Technician would have to come back. Next day I call and was told they don't have anyone to send EVER!, they are all out on new installation jobs, and that I should call an electrician. Interesting, since the name of the company has "ELECTRIC" in it. My take away message, they don't stand by their work, quality is not important to them like they say on their Website.

My central air conditioning unit was leaking through my hallway light. I reach out to a number of companies but was unable to get an immediate appointment as its Friday of the Labor Day weekend. I reached out to Bloomfield Cooling and they were able to send someone immediately. From Diane who set up the appointment to William, the wonderful repairman. William was on time, very thorough and found the problem. Thank you for saving my Labor Day weekend!

I have been using Bloomfield Heating and Cooling for several years,I I purchased a platinum maintenance plan. I came home on July 4th only to find my central air was not working the inside temp was close to 84. I called and within 1 hour Justin came and fixed the issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant, not to mention he put on shoe covers!! Highly recommend BH&C Justin is great!!

Travis, Rick and Colin were absolute professionals from the moment they walked into my new place...impressive from the start when they put on the booties! They and the team did a fabulous job in installing my new furnace and a/c unit. Also, a great bunch of friendly guys! I will recommend them to everyone!

Called for ac service due to loose runs in my attic crawl space. Scheduled for service at 730, the tech William was on time and super helpful! He fixed the runs in my runs in the tight attic and even killed a couple of wasps in my attic too. He checked the blower and cooling unit outside and stayed on site to make sure everything is good. Excellent experience and will highly recommend!

My Boiler was not working and called Bloomfield Colling, Heating & Electric INC to repair. Technician Justin provided the service. He located the problem and replaced the rollout switch, but he charged me the part for $81 which just cost $18 in Ferguson. Will not use and recommend their service anymore.

Update: The reply from them is not true. The bill indicated that
$125 for Diagnostic service, $81 for the rollout switch, $10 for Environmental Fee. With the dishonesty, I reduce the rating from 2 start to 1.

Our AC stopped working on a weekend, and the serviceman Justin Acosta came to see what the problem was on one of the hottest days in July. He was very thorough and good at explaining what the problem was. He provided solutions and put us at ease. When we signed on to get a new furnace, the salesperson ordered the wrong one, but Justin came back and gave us the temporary fix we needed to stay cool in the heat. We appreciated his service and hard work.
