This month (September 2018) Bloomfield Cooling and Heating has proved themselves to be a caring, responsive, provider of excellent quality service. They serviced our hot water furnace making sure to do a more thorough job than has ever been done before. When Giuseppe (Joe) was finished, our furnace was as as good as new. On the same day we had two teams of technicians installing two ductless (split-type) air conditioners. They took care of everything from electrical work to the actual installation. The owner arrived on the scene to make sure everything was installed exactly as we wished in the exact locations we wanted. The technicians were courteous and careful and kept us informed of their progress as they worked. Their knowledge and experience were evident as they decided how to mount each unit. They placed drop clothes over all our flooring and any furniture that needed it. They checked to make sure everything was working properly at the conclusion of the jobs. In addition, they cleaned up when they left and the payment process was seamless. We highly recommend their services for both air conditioning and heating. 5 STARS.

Justin and Richard answered my call for help when my air conditioner decided to stop working just as the hot weather arrived. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Though I needed a replacement part, they were able to get the unit working until they could get the new part. I was impressed with the speed with which they located the needed part and returned to fix my unit. I would definitely call Bloomfield Cooling and Heating if I have any future AC issues and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Just install a mini split for the basement. Jose, Maurico, Christopher, Albert and Andrew all did a great job and were neat and professional.

We called Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc for an emergency with our heater. Our fan was making a crazy buzzing sound and would not spin. And of course, it was very cold and it was on Friday evening. Richard came out early the next day and diagnosed the issue. We wound up needing a new fan which would have normally taken a long time to order, not taking into consideration the shortage and delays from COVID. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc. was able to source the fan and have it installed in just a few days. The install was quick and they took the extra step to find out for us that our system is still under warranty which helped with the cost. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc and Richard went above and beyond to help our family. The ladies in the office were also a wonderful help in the scheduling process. Thank you everyone.

Moved into a new home with an old boiler, so called Bloomfield Heating and Cooling to give it a good cleaning. Aaron was more than professional, arrived on time, explained the cleaning process and answered my questions. I have decided to move forward with his recommended repairs and I plan to call yearly for my boiler cleaning. Several local family members have also been happy customers for decades.

Working with Bloomfield Cooling, Heating and Electric has been one of the most positive home improvement experiences since owning our house. Starting out with Travis, our assigned project manager, I could tell we were immediately in good hands. The house was built in 1892 and Travis, when doing the walkthrough, was very pragmatic and confident in their ability to install central air throughout the house without an attic. I'm very happy I decided to work with them because the crew assigned to the job, Rick, Tai and Jose were exceptional. For the life of me, I didn't understand how the duct work would be run on our 2nd and 3rd floors but they assured me they could get it done. Rick, in particular, treated our house like it was his own. At times, when duct work maybe would have to be exposed, he promised he would figure out how to make sure that didn't happen. The entire team was very professional, very easy to work with and always cleaned up. They completed the job in less than two weeks with very few holes to repair. I am beyond elated with the entire team at Bloomfield Cooling, Heating and Electric and would wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking to install central air in an old house like mine to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I use Bloomfield for my generator needs. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Justin has serviced my generator several times and I trust him 100 percent. He is friendly and knowledgeable and one of the reasons I continue to use Bloomfield!

We have had our older Carrier AC units serviced by Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric for more than 10 years. We stick with them because we know and trust that the service will be done right.
Today, our tech, Justin, did a fantastic job! He was thorough, neat and knowledgeable about what needed to be done - a true professional. Thank you, Justin. It's because of techs like you, and the quality of service, that we will make another call next season to schedule our spring tune-up.

The service tech Aaron, was great. He arrived on time, was efficient, and polite. He ran tests to find the problem. He explained the issue and fixed it. It is not always fun when you have to call for a heater service… but I felt really happy I did and that my heater was working again. My go to place for hvac. Thank you
