I can't think of a worse time to wake up and find that our air conditioning isn't working than the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We called the "emergency" number at Bloomfield Cooling and Heating, and Justin came right over after walking us through a few steps on the phone to rule out simple fixes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, answered all of our questions, took his time to be thorough, and was very cordial. So grateful for his service, since it will be 90 degrees this weekend! We were so happy with his service that we decided to get a service contract with Bloomfield. Highly recommend them!

Very disappointed with this company. Technician went to my house and he was very informative and polite. He diagnosed the problem and said most likely was a leak that would be very expensive to repair. He took the time to go into the house so he could see what the problem was with the heating. At the end I was not sure if I wanted to the spend the money, so he said his supervisor would contact me. Someone from the office called me today 11/26 to follow up. She said they don't work with the brand of units I have. So when I said why did you come to my house not knowing the brand, and why the technician didn't even look at the brand? She put me on hold, when she came back she said that the problem was the leak and how much it would cost, and she also said I should contact the manufacturer and find out who service that brand. Off course I told I didn't want to do business with them. Very unprofessional. If they only service some specific brands, they should make sure of the brand the customer has.

I had Justin, a technician with Bloomfield H&C, to my house twice this week. On Monday morning, he came to diagnose a problem we thought was the thermostat. It turned out to be a different problem, but he was able to pinpoint the faulty part, order it, pick it up and replace it within a couple of hours. Justin is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were lucky again to have him return on Friday for our maintenance visit. Very pleased with the service this company provides!

Aaron from Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric helped us out on an emergency basis. Could not have been more communicative or responded more quickly. We were very pleased! We have also used Bloomfield for other services and have never been disappointed. Very professional and trustworthy company!

I usually dont write reviews unless it is a bad one or a great experience. My experience with Bloomfield Cooling was excellent. The crew arrived on time and they were very professional. Richard was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as he was working on the new install. Jose and Coleman were excellent as well. They all pay attention to details. There was an issue with the condenser unit outside which it was too big to fit on the concrete slab causing the blockage of my sprinkler system. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so maybe i could have pick another unit that could fit there since it doesn't look nice. Otherwise everything else was great and I will be picking them again to finish my upstairs zone in September.

As a previous employee who used to work there I know single handedly the quality of work from Bloomfield Cooling. I gain nothing by leaving a positive review but want people to know how professional and experienced Bloomfield is. Having left to work in my family business it was a tough decision to leave Bloomfield. If you're hesitant on using them know you would be in good hands.

Fitz was my service tech yesterday to perform the spring maintenance on my air conditioning system. He was prompt, professional, self-sufficient and respectful. (He wore a mask and booties to reflect this). He cleaned the outside of the condenser while I was on a conference call, and then checked the system in the attic to ensure it ran properly. Extremely courteous! Would highly recommend!!

Bloomfield Cooling and Heating did an excellent job in installing new central air in our condo. They were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and did a thorough job! We would recommend them to anyone.
The weather was extremely hot during installation but they worked through it with no problems or complaints. The showed up with 3 vans and 6 workers. Thank you Audra, Joe, Boz, Nestor, Ruben and Rick. We are very appreciative!!

I have been dealing with Bloomfield Cooling and Heating since 2010 when they installed a new furnace and a 2 zone A/C system. Their workmanship was impeccable and professional as has been maintenance service calls ever since.
Yesterday was my latest A/C service call for yearly maintenance. The technician, Taha, was prompt (in fact early), professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He thoroughly checked out the system explaining every step. He also offered information and advice for future maintenance of the system. It was a pleasure to deal with such a competent individual and Bloomfield Cooling and Cooling.

We had an emergency. There was a PSE&G power outage, and our generator did not come on during the outage.

Bloomfield Electric was so accommodating and fit us in at the end of the day. The technician, Justin, had other jobs, but he stayed with us for three hours to try to get PSE&G to come out to unlock the electrical box so that he could install a transfer switch.

We were without power for 12 hours. Bloomfield returned at 11:30, so a bug could be installed and we got power.back. Danny, the customer service manager, accompanied Justin when he cam back at 11:30 and helped install the bug which enabled the power to finally come back.

The point is that the service was exceptional, and Justin and Danny were outstanding. They were totally focused all day on getting our power back.

We are new to Bloomfield Electric, and this exceptional experience was really confidence inspiring.

We highly recommend Justin and Danny and Bloomfield Electric. Every interaction we had with Bloomfield Electric, including office staff, was exceptional.
