3 weeks So far everything is working fine. The guys were on time and did the job right as best as I can see. Adam works great nice to get info every day on run time. Both service guys were great.

I had a great experience with the Plumbers of Master Group. I was dealing with a water leak in the walls. The plumber, Omar, and his colleague did a magnificent job resolving the issue. Every step of the way he informed me of what was going on, and how to prevent any other future problems. I 100% recommend Master Group, and plan on working with them in the future with any other issues I may come across.

I was without heat yesterday and was stood up by another company (after waiting all day for them to show up) that assured me they would be able to help even though it was Mother's Day. I started searching for another company at 4pm and that's when I found Master Group. Adam, who is the manager, took my call and told me he could be at my home between 10pm & 12am that day. As a side note, they were the only company willing to come out on Sunday. Adam showed up slightly before 10pm and not only was he able to fix our furnace so my kiddos were not cold throughout the night but he also took the time to explain to me what he was doing and to tell me about our system. Adam is personable, knowledgeable, highly trained, and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a company who can literally do it all and one that you can trust then stop looking and call Master Group. They will always have my business and we will be using them in the near future for the replacement of our water heater and some old pipes needing updated. Lastly, I'd like to say that even through it was Sunday and Mother's Day on top of that, Master Group didn't raise their service call prices or labor while they were here and it was far after the normal working hours. Adam, my family and I truly appreciate what you did for us last night. You are an exceptional person and employee for Master Group to have! Thank you again and we will be talking soon!

Master Group accommodated me quickly, they were professional, honest, and fixed the problem!! Omar was great at explaining the issue we had, talking through what needed to be replaced, and why; and also fixed the mistake the last company made!! I would highly recommend, and plan on signing up for a service plan with them because of my experience!
