Master Group HVAC

It was on the hottest days we had so far and I placed a service call into Master Group HVAC for service. I explained we are a doctors office seeing patients and could not be without air. They assigned Abdulla to the job and he pushed al his other clients aside to come to us first. His rapid response and hard work and dedication fixed our problem and our air was up and running in no time. He made sure to complete the job with 100% satisfaction. Even our water spicket didn't work to clean out our air unit, but that didn't stop him from getting the job done .He went back and forth to the water spicket with a bucket and cleaned the system...that's true dedication in my opinion. Thank you Abdulla for your excellent work and rapid response...even on one the the hottest days thus far. I would recommend Master Group HVAC and ask for Abdulla, you will not be disappointed. He cares about his customers !!

Adam and the team were fantastic to work with. I had 2 tenants with no heat and they were able to come out, diagnose, and repair the issue. After being informed that my boiler needed to have the pressure valve and zone valve replaced, they found out the pressure valve was actually functioning and were honest to tell me that they only replaced the zone valve and I won’t be charged for the pressure valve replacement. I appreciate that honesty and highly recommend their service. Thank you Master Group!

Wow! This company is amazing. Adam came out today which was christmas eve! I called in the morning and by 3pm he was here. I am so happy with the service. Adam diagnosed the problem for now and recommended services if it were to occur again. He was so pleasant and nice and really understands the business! 10/10 service! Thank you again Adam!

Adam came and gave us a quote when our steam boiler stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. All of the techs of master group were courteous and on time. The work was well done and Adam even replaced our thermostat at no cost. Would definitely recommend.

Has a leak in one of my HVAC hoses. Called up master group. Adam was here within a few hours. Fixed my issue. Explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.
