Master Group HVAC

Adam and Abdullah came out to assist with an issue I am having where a weird smell is coming out of the vents when my AC is turned on. They were thorough and inspected the inside of the house as well as the outside. They were able to explain the root of the issue and what my options are to resolve my problem moving forward. I appreciate their insight and assistance.

In a word excellent. Adam was able to assess the work to be done and provide a quote before any other service provider. He is punctual, professional, and really knows his stuff. The work was completed quickly, everything was left clean. This was my first-time using Master Group to have work done on my home and I am pleased to the point that they will be my first call in the future.

First thing's first. If you seek slthe services of this company (I promise youbwill) hope you're assigned Omar or Adam. Can't praise them enough. If you have a boiler/Steam heating Omar would be your expert very knowledgeable, meticulous and will set you up so you won't have to call him a secon time (aside from annual maintenance).

Adam would be your go-to for your electrical. The first timebi was introduced to Adam was when a "HVAC" expert from Angie's list botched a thermostat repair. Happened to hire Master group, as they were the only ones open and able to service me last minute on a Sunday. I got Adam and since then, I've used him twice.

My advice, it will cost you more to hire someone just because they are cheap, to then hire a real expert to fix what you paid the first person to do and didn't. Just pick Master Group from the start. They're not cheap, but their prices for the excellent service and punctuality is not only reasonable it will save you in the long run!
