Adam came in and installed thermostats after a botched job by a non licensed handyman. It took him 10 minutes to regain stability and to ensure the safety of my condo. He then installed the thermostat in each room and set them accordingly. As each room has a separate thermostat. As a new home buyer he then shared his expertise and how i should maintain them going forward.

Adam is a true professional. Excellent worker, very knowledgeable and great conversation. He throughly explained everything he was doing so there weren’t any hidden tricks. Fantastic quality of work. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Air handler was started leaking on a hot July Saturday night and had to turn off the AC. Was able to get in contact with Adam and he was able to come out on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend and explained in detail the issue, pricing, and quickly got to work and resolved the problem. Leaking was due to lack of maintenance so after he completed his work he showed us how to do some simple self maintenance in order to try and avoid the problems in the future. Highly recommend Master Group and as a new homeowner, I will definitely be keeping their number in the roledex( figuratively of course lol, do people still use those?!)

I Googled ‘furnace repair’ and saw their 5.0 star rating. I called and no answer and they returned my call in less than 5 minutes. I called at 7pm and they sent a technician at 8:30pm (same evening). The tech made sure to inspect the unit very thoroughly before giving me a quote if what needed to be fixed. After he consulted the issue and we agreed on repair, he repaired it instantly and the heat came on right away. He even installed an air freshener in the filter so that the home smells deliciously fresh and fruity. Very professional, accurate and reasonably priced. I’m happy I called. Thank you!
