Would give them 6 stars if I could. Liberty was our assigned contractor from AHS, from the initial phone call to the 2 service calls they were professional, prompt, knowledgeable. I really cannot say enough good about them.

Got our cracked steam boiler replaced and had a couple leaking radiators fixed. 5 guys showed up on time and worked efficiently to get our boiler installed quickly on the day of the job. Lisa is super responsive, prices were competitive, and the Liberty team is knowledgeable. Not all HVAC contractors know how to fix radiators. They will be my go to for all HVAC issues in the future!

Liberty was on time, extremely professional and the quality of work was fantastic. The crew took the time to clean everything made sure house hold items were protected and explained how the new system worked. Could not be happier. Also the office staff was great in assisting in locating the proper equipment needed for replacement and worked with our home insurance company outstanding job by all.

Liberty was an absolute pleasure to work with. One of my heating units was out and when they contacted me they told me they could send a service man out right away. I was at work, so to accommodate my work schedule they called me when they were on their way. They were incredibly responsive and answered my texts immediately. They did not have the part available so I assumed I would be going a few more days without heat. However, in comes Lisa to the rescue. Lisa found my part the same day and had a crew back that afternoon to complete the job. I don’t think I can ever remember having a repair job go so smoothly and with a company who just gets the job done. I can’t say I look forward to my next emergency repair job but I feel better knowing I can depend on Liberty.

I needed to have a brand new boiler and new supply lines for AC installed. It was very helpful both were scheduled to be done on the same day. There were 7-8 company trucks here with quite a few employees to make sure the job got done quickly and efficiently. Mike and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure they gave me the lowest price after working with the home warranty company. It was also very helpful how responsive they were texting back and forth with them. I highly recommend.

Our unit was not cooling properly so we called our home warrantee insurance company who put us in touch with Liberty. Lisa was very attentive to our needs and sent technicians in a timely manner. The technicians are excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, neat and on time. One of the technicians even removed his shoes as to not bring dirt into our home! Lisa genuinely cares for her customers and is committed to offering the best service out there! We highly recommend Liberty!

Couldn't be happier, from Lisa in the office to the 5 techs sent out to replace my furnace/Ac unit in attic and outside, on time ,very professional and efficient, techs didn't waste anytime and worked as a unit get job done in about 4 hours. System is working great. Lisa in the office was a delight top work with, she walked me thru whole process and sent out techs that afternoon. would highly recommend..

What a great company to deal with! Lisa, in a word, is INCREDIBLE! She was great in dealing with my warranty company and always fought for us every step of the way. She was also immediately responsive which was great! The crews they sent out were always punctual, polite and professional! An absolute pleasure to work with!
