This has to be the finest group of Heating and Air Conditioning professionals I have met in my 30 years in New Jersey. My radiant heating system boiler stopped functioning in the middle of a very cold weekend . I contacted my insurance carrier and was referred to Liberty for service. Scheduling was handled the very next day and the appointment was the day after . The techs were extremely knowledgeable and spent considerable amount of time diagnosing before they did any work. They were not rushed and spent the time educating me on my system. They quickly assessed the pumps had burned out and the board went bad. They installed new heating pumps in the boiler, injection pump, new circuit board and maintained the lines which heated my home. When the job was completed I had a small issue and they returned only a few days after. Mind you they are located one hour from my home.
I honestly cannot say enough about this group of professionals other then to say, Thank You! If you want the best in the business you need to call Liberty! Thank you Lisa, Vinny and Tim. You guys rock!

My Technician was Felix Infante. He was great. Once I told him what the problem was with the thermostat, he began to troubleshoot and assess what the problem was. He went to work immediately and had the solution really quick. Once he was done he explained all of his work to me and showed me evidence of what was wrong with my heating unit. I would use and recommend them again! Thanks!

I had a great experience working with the Liberty team. Very transparent, punctual and professional behavior. The team did an amazing and a very neat job installing my new HVAC system along with the thermostat.

Our boiler was ancient.. in terms of life-span, it was about 50 years old! We decided to turn it on to test it after the Summer and all of a sudden, our basement had water and black gunk all over the floor, wall and other appliances. The following day, through American Home Shield, we had Liberty out to find out what was wrong. Thankfully, they were honest and to the point and explained what had happened and, how attempting to repair it would just lead to a replacement so replacing was best. Lisa at Liberty called us to explain the process and the cost. She also reached out to AHS to find out how much they’d cover. Lisa was extremely responsive via text, phone and email. After a week of back n forth with AHS, Lisa at Liberty worked with us on what we needed to cover and acknowledged with a Pandemic still in effect and the colder weather coming, they would get us taken care of and not worry about coverage being 100% processed yet. She scheduled the replacement for the next day! Three guys came in and worked 7:30-3:30 replacing our entire boiler along with electrical and pipes. They were professional, quiet and clean. It’s like they were never even here!

Highly recommended! Very professional and they were so fast. After they changed the furnace, steam was coming out from one of the radiators because the pipe and the valves were old. And they changed the pipe and the valves without charging anything as a complimentary. Not to mention their price is much reasonable than the competitors.

The service was amazing, it was a cold day in February.
Tim went to supply store to but the control board needed to get the furnace working again without leaving us with no heat for more than a few hours. Tim is polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you!

Lisa and Felix are fabulous, responsive and customer centric, Lisa arranged the repair last min on a Sunday, kept me in loop through the repair. after review, Felix went all the way to NY to get part and fixed the heating system by late Monday night. They are awesome

I have no words of appreciation for Lisa the lady that gets the calls and schedules the appointments for the costumers at this company. Thanks to her and her dedication our heating system is working properly. The people she sent in for the job did an amazing job in less than two hours. They fixed a problem that no one wanted to deal with for years.
