Lisa and the Liberty team were an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment AHS connected us. We had just moved into our home with a newborn and the furnace broke. Lisa was more than accommodating, even going so far to pick up the new furnace to expedite the entire process. They came and replaced the entire unit within 48 hours! I highly recommend using them for any and all services!

I understand this is a part backorder issue for anyone that may have read my previous edit. Still very happy with the AC work.Thank goodness for Lisa at Liberty though for helping though all this. >> this was my previous post...Going to be 94 today and we already went without AC for 5 days. The home warranty company is outsourced and did not help me at all. What a nightmare that was. But again thank goodness for liberty, lisa and the tech that was so patient, caring and personable. Really great people there!!!!! 100%recommend. Oh yea and they came out so quickly I was shocked. Thanks again Liberty!!

A stand up company that is respective, efficient and truly cares about their customers. We were without A.C and Liberty Heating & Cooling did everything they could to get us up and running again and quick as possible. Their quote was extremely fair and the work done was excellent. The technicians were respectful and really took the time to walk us through each step. More companies need to be like them and I would definitely recommend them to any friend or family. This company, particularly Lisa, was amazing. I placed a service call through AHS when my tenant advised the heat had broken and received a call back from Lisa within by 8am that morning. She immediately sent her team over who advised a new furnace was needed. Lisa went above and beyond to work with me and AHS to have the furnace replaced within 72 hours of the first call. She even assisted with my difficult tenant. I would highly recommend Lisa and the team at Liberty

Our furnace went right after the holiday. Lisa worked above and beyond to get the furnace for us quick even though we had to go thru our home warranty. They came when promised and Scott had the job done in 3yrs. He was very nice and did a good job. I will definitely be using Liberty in the future when I need them again.

I called late the evening before and they had a tech over the next day at 8AM. Found the issue relatively fast, and because they had electrical and HVAC experience, it allowed me to trust Liberty to do all of the work. We simply were not getting heat from a unit as a new wire was installed from one of the thermostats to the boiler. We needed all zones/floors to work and Vinny the tech was able to fix it. He inspected the zone valves and the wiring and connected it well and tested the heat. I would use them again as they were knowledgeable and fast. Highly recommended!

Scott and the team were excellent. Replaced my complete HVAC system in one day. Extremely knowledgeable personal and clean. Highly recommend

****UPDATE: My furnace blower motor was the issue, Lisa sent Felix out. He did a great job of explaining the issue. How it can be fixed and the time needed. The technicians are top quality and customer focused. ******

My first experience with Liberty was through AHS from a second opinion and it was amazing, the technician came out and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes.

Overnight I heard a weird noise coming from the furnace and was my house was losing heat. I contacted Liberty early in the morning and they had someone out within the hour. The technician tested the solution and figured out a solution. He also explained what actions he was taking and what results he was expecting.

I will continue to use Liberty for my HVAC needs.

I had multiple interactions with Liberty in connection with a furnace which eventually needed to be replaced. First off, Lisa is very quick to respond via text and that’s very helpful. Secondly they constantly parleyed with my home insurance company to confirm coverage and knowing that involved long wait times on the phone and a lot of paperwork, it certainly wasn’t easy for them. They eventually replaced the furnace within a few days of receiving approval from the home insurance, and the 2 techs (Scott and Nick) were professional and knowledgeable. Patiently answered questions and actually finished up the job in a couple of hours incl cleaning up. Would definitely recommend them.

I got lucky as Liberty was assigned as my contractor for giving a second opinion for my Heating issue. Lisa was quick to respond and very easy person to go with.
She understood the issue and sent her best guy for the diagnosis. Vincet from Liberty came in .. not only diagnosed the issue correctly but also resolved the issue which was just a change of a small part. He went far to get the part and came in after n hr or so to fix the issue. He checked all my ducts and devoted good time to check whole HVAC. Liberty did an awesome job on my HVAC where they saved my out of pocket money which other vendor was charging for nothing. I highly recommend Liberty for your Heating and cooling issue.
