Liberty Heating & Cooling

My 12 year old heating unit stopped working and I came across Liberty while doing research for a solid company to use. Lisa is friendly, fast to respond and straightforward. About 2 hours later, Vinny C. came onsite. He is a really nice guy and I could tell that his main focus is to diagnose and solve the issue. Within a few minutes he figured out the problem and was able to get the heater working again. I will be using Liberty moving forward for annual preventative maintenance. Thanks, Lisa and Vinny C!

The technician Felix (amazing!) came diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, submitted the diagnosis. Next day Lisa has the parts all ready to go and scheduled me in as priority (we were out of heat for 10 days by now)

Felix came in the next day and viola! - we had heat!

If you are looking for an honest professional HVAC company, I highly recommend Liberty Heating and cooling. My furnace stopped working during the coldest temperatures and they quickly arrived despite the holiday season. Frank Lugo and Julie were a pleasure to do business with!

These guys are awesome. I had called for the heating problem and I was really amazed how professional everyone were. My problem was little complicated and it took them couple of visits but they kept me informed on the possible issue, part order and next appointment. Like so many other reviews, I would give them 10 star if I can.

One of our steam radiators started leaking from the input valve and also from the steam trap. Another radiator was incredibly late coming on, so we called it into American Home Shield. Liberty was the subcon for this job. Jack came out to inspect and advised replacement of the input valve and steam trap both at the leaking, and at the late radiators; and also replacement of 2 return vents that were non-functional. He came out about a week later to do the replacement and completed the repairs without cutting into the molding or wall. This was extremely challenging as most of the original parts were multiple decades old and he had to remove them without breaking the parts that they were threaded into, within very small narrow cavities in the wall (3" high x 6" deep x 30" wide". He tested out the repairs and everything worked well. The one radiator no longer leaks and the other one isn't late any more. If you have radiators, ask for Jack!

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Mike and his team along with Lisa in the office are an all star cast. They promptly, efficiently and professionally took care of our large complex at the Three Saints RO Church in Garfield and we confidently reccomend them to all our local neighbors.

I’ve had then come for the furnace and for the A/C before. Their service is excellent. They resolve issues quickly.

Do not know where to begin. I have never seen a business organization run so smoothly in my life. From the warm and caring office manager, Lisa, to all the crackerjack technicians that we met (including Tyson our installer)

The job was a difficult one in coordinating insurance benefits, But everyone from Liberty stepped up to the plate to help us out.

When they say “your emergency is our emergency,” they mean it! It was indeed a pleasure to deal with this business in all ways. Again, I can say without reservation, they get our vote 101+% !!! (quite a bit better than five stars!)

I absolutely highly recommend liberty for all your heating and cooling needs. Vinny the technician they sent did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He helped me make sure my entire AC system was in good working order and explained/addressed any and all issues I should be aware of to me. I’ve used liberty on all my homes in the past and I will continue to do so as their value, service and overall professionalism is above reproach! I can not say enough good things about Lisa and the team. They replaced our entire central A/C system a few years back and did an amazing job (professional/timely/neat/communicated through the entire project). This year we had them come for an issue with our heating system and once again they were awesome. They communicate what the issue is, they are quick and neat and they do a great job finding the issue and fixing it!! Lisa is super helpful, patient and great to work with. Top quality all around!!
