We have been going through with the companies our Home Warranty sent to us to service our ac unit. These companies have lied, didn't finish the work, no showed, and have been extremely unprofessional. As a result we filed complaints with Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau and our Home Warranty. After several months of back and forth, they finally sent Liberty Heating and Air Conditioning our way and within minutes..... they fixed the problem. Thank you for being an upstanding, honest, professional and on time company. Lisa thank you for your sincere customer service and making us feel like we have been taken care of and not taken advantage of.

These guys are great! We had another HVAC company come out here 5 times and they never could figure out what the problem was. i spoke with Lisa who sent Vinnie out, and he had it figured out in minutes. He went out of his way to pick up a part a good distance away and had it working shortly after he got back. He has a lot of enthusiasm in what he does and we had a lot of confidence in him and his team. We will surely use them again if we ever have another problem.

Lisa has been very helpful working through my home warranty to replace my boiler. The insurance companies are not easy to work with and after some confusion brought on by the warranty company, we are back on track thanks to the Liberty team.

AMAZING SERVICE! Our heat stopped working in the middle of the night we got a call back from Lisa the manager at Liberty Heating & Cooling saying someone can come out there in a few hours. She was kind, polite and so helpful.

30 minutes later, in the snow a gentleman named Felix came by to fix our heat. He needed a part so he left in the snow to get it and came back- this poor guy had to drive in the snow while the roads were bad to help us get back our heat. For reference it’s 23 degrees and about 5in of snow out. He didn’t turn around and say he’ll come another day- no he got in his truck went and got the part and came right back. Felix was so kind, helpful and patient! We appreciate how quick our heat was back up and running especially on a cold day like today! Thank you Liberty! Liberty is absolutely awesome from customer service to the technical repairs needed. We had a clogged AC coil that resulted in water leaking through my ceiling! I called the office in a panic, Lisa let me know what to do, and immediately scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out. Justin was on-time, and took the time to explain to me in what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Justin was friendly, professional, thorough, respectful of the house - just simply great at his job! I highly recommend Liberty Heating & Cooling!

I had an awesome experience with Liberty Heating & Air Conditioning LLC I had no heat ! They came right away determined the problem installed new pumps it was meticulously installed my boiler never looked so organized. My heat works so well now haven’t had any issues since. I can’t thank them enough. There customer service went way above my expectations I am happy to say I would never call anyone else. I am 100% satisfied and I would totally recommend them to all my friends and family ! A rating !!!!
