One of the best in business. I had my AC broken and had 5 different people look at it and all they did was fill up the refrigerant, or checked for leak and some suggested to replace the whole system for 10K. Luckily I had these folks help me, Vinny came over and immediately figured out what the issue was and fixed it in less than an hour. . Overall, I’d say they are very responsive, straight forward, honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable people to work with.

My technician James was AWESOME! He was on time for my appointment. He changed my thermostats and even showed me how to program them, although he programmed them for me. We even had a nice chat while he was completing the job. Would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone. Honest company with excellent employees.❤️

From the initial call with Lisa to the team arriving here, they are great in communicating, educating and informing me with the steps they are taking and what they are going to do. Lisa was the initial point of contact and she was responsive and pleasant to work with. Both crew team members that came in are professional and knowledgeable. They installed a new furnace and I will use them moving forward for annual maintenance for my heating and cooling.

Clean work, trustworthy and prompt. After over 35 years our boiler stopped functioning. Liberty was hired through American Homeshield but as a neighborhood service all options were explored and explained. Within a few days we had heat back and a new unit. On their own, the pipes were reconfigured to a much simpler, cleaner setup. I’ll use them for all HVAC issues and routine maintenance from now on.

Had a good experience with these guys, called in the morning around 10 am and was able to have someone over by 12pm. Jack came by and was very knowledgeable, immediately he was able to figure it was a thermostat issue and was able to save my gas furnace. We have a older home that was built in the 1940s and during the course of renovation we had opted to replace the old thermostat with a Google Home Nest, this was the issue as the newer Google Home Nests require a separate C-wire otherwise it will draw power from the furnace itself and cause electrical mayhem. He told us he takes out about 10 Google Nests a year. If you have an older home stick to the older thermostats.

Lisa is an angel. The installers were fabulous. Kind, courteous , professional, neat and clean. Service on all levels was stellar I can say enough good things !

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Liberty is the only HVAC co. I would ever use and love Lisa, there is nobody better! The entire team at Liberty is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. They installed my A/C system last summer and they did a great job, I have had no issues. Most importantly, my power went out a couple days ago due to the storm and Lisa & co. came right away to get my heat back up and running. Do not call anyone else, Liberty is the team to use!
