I have never been compelled to write a Google review—until now. And that is because Evan and the team at Lee R Kobb plumbing were so, so incredible to work with, I wanted to share my experience.

One morning we woke up and our tankless water heater wasn't working consistently. It was important for us to fix this issue ASAP, as we were in the middle of selling our condo and really wanted to make sure we left the place in great condition for our buyer.

Not only did Evan come to look at the unit the NEXT DAY to diagnose the issue, but then when we mentioned our situation, he scheduled work for us right away, and got everything fixed—fast.

Along the way, Evan and his guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Every time we called or emailed they answered immediately, and were just so NICE.

I can't recommend Lee R Kobb plumbing enough. And, I know that from now on, whenever I have any plumbing work to be done, I am calling them and only them.

I rarely post reviews, but Lee R Kobb Plumbing and Heating installed a complete new Air Conditioning and Heating System in my home this week. The price was right, the installers were a pleasure to deal with. I was impressed that they were clean and neat; and the units run so quiet. They showed up when they said and they finished in a very timely matter. What more could I ask for! I will definitely be calling them again for future work. GREAT JOB!!!

I’m renting a condo and the heat wouldn’t come on. The owners used a warranty company which had been here 4 times since November and they didn’t fix the problem. I called Kobb they came out and diagnosed the problem. They are a company who KNOWS what they are doing. !!! I will call them for any and all plumbing and heating problems. They are wonderful.

I recommend this company to everyone who sees my comment. You can trust them to be honest with you. This company is great at their job. They listen to you. They do the very best to fix the problem. They have been very good to everyone in this building. If I could give more stars I would. This is definitely a company you can keep on your services with. Excellent work. I've had technicians from Lee R. Kobb, Inc. over at my house twice over the past three months or so; both times the job was completed in a very professional and clean fashion. The final expenses always matched their estimates, and the technicians were punctual and courteous... this company got recommended to me by a good friend, who works as and inspector and uses it himself for his own home improvement company.

These guys are the best! Fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and
above all PROFESSIONAL! They have done maintenance on my heating and cooling systems and recently installed a fantastic new central AC system. Always fair , always very pleased with their work!

Our AC blew out after 15 years and Kobb Plumbing and HVAC came highly recommended. They came out the next day and gave us a few options at different price points. Their estimates came in the lowest and the job was completed the following week. Having their crew in the house during the COVID quarantine was not a problem at all. My family of four didn’t even know if they were here most of the time. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They leave no stone unturned as it pertains to these areas. Their prices are fair, and they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. It is no surprise that the business has been in operation for several generations. I recently had plumbing and air conditioning work done, and again, they have exceeded my expectations. We have been using Lee R Kobb since we moved to Oakland 15 years ago to tend to our baseboard heating and furnace. Harris and Evan have always provided great work at a fair price. We don't call anyone else.
